10 : Chapter 10

: Maggie's Point Of View :

"Justin,slow down!" I yelled as he sped down the street

"It's alright,Mags,were not gonna get hurt" He said

"That's what they say in the movies but they always end up getting hurt!" I shouted,hanging tighter onto the seatbelt.

"Just calm down,Maggie" He said,about to yell at me but I just kept yelling

"Justin!" I yelled right when a red convertible came speeding right towards us

He turned to look at the side and then at me,worry flashing in his eyes as he unbuckled his seatbelt and covered me with his body.Glass shattered in front of us,some cutting my arm as I shook in worry and Justin's shaky breath on the bath of my neck.

The air was getting thicker and thicker as I loked out the crushed window,gasping as I saw a fire getting nearer and nearer to the car.

"Help!" I screamed,having to push Justni's body off of mine to find out the car roof was pushed down more,"Justin!"

I had to shake him a lot to get him to notice what was happening as we struggled to pull open the car door.

"Somebody help!" I screeched,the fire reaching towards my side of Justin's car now as Justin kept backing towards me and tried helping me witht he handle.

"Move!" He shouted

I did as told,backing up away as he kicked open the damaged door.

"Ah!" I yelled,the fire running up my arm and onto my shirt sleeve

"Maggie!" Justin yelled before I saw the burning red convertible's car door fall in front of me

I managed to take out the fire by patting at my arm vigerously as I panicked more and more and started to burn up and the air was getting tighter.

"Justin!" I yelled once more

The fire had tooken over the front seats that I had to move to the back and pull at the handle.

"Somebody help..." I said,quietly before collapsing onto the black leather seating and let the bright red light blind me into darkness.

: Dakota's Point Of View :

I stared at the laptop,my mouth gaping.Caitlin and Christian have already let me unpack in their house and showed me my new room,which I am in now,and let me do whatever I liked in the house while Caitlins boyfriend had to steal her away for a picnic date and Ryan and Chaz had tooken Christian with them to a hockey game,which I politely declined when they asked me if I wanted to go.

"Oh my god" I whispered,scrolling down to see more information only to have the article end.

Maggie was...she's...she isn't dead,is she? She can't be!I like her,I can tell she is nice and didn't mean for that kiss to happen but...she was in a car crash with Justin?

This just happened an hour ago and nobody has found out what happened to her.The car that had hit Justin's was toppled over the black Range Rover and has not been pulled off yet because something is jammed in the car.

Maggie can only count on a miracle to save her after being trapped in a flaming car for an hour.I shut the laptop,slowly setting it to the side as I jumped off the bed and rushed to Caitlin's room,looking around the coral blue beautiful room.

Pictures were strung on the wall and an iHome was still quietly playing to Payphone by Maroon 5.The light balls that hung from the ceiling were dimmed down to only give the room a dull shade of gold as I quickly scattered to her bed.

Caitlin's laptop,which was still not occupied since she had left,was still on as I brushed my fingers against the keypad and woke it up to find she was reading the exact same article I had read.

I needed to find Caitlin's phone though,Christian had his phone and Chaz had tooken mine because he had dropped his in the bathtub,typical Chaz.

I groaned silently as I spotted the black object on her nightstand.A smirk erupted on my face as I slowly took it and dialed in Justin's number.

This is the first time we would have talked in 4 months.I then pressed call and waited for him to answer.Mu pulse was racing and I was panicking.What if he doesn't remember me?He has to right? I mean...I was his girlfriend but he still kissed someone else while he knew it would hurt me.

I hadn't realize he had answer and I checked that he had been on for 7 seconds.

"Justin?"

A long pause appeared as I gulped,knowing he had forgotten about me.

"Dakota?"

His voice was mixed with sorrowness and something else I could make out.

"Sorry about Maggie,hope she is alright,I know

you like her but I called to say that...were done.Maggie seems like a great girl to be with even though she was ....in that car accident with you but if she doesnt make it...." I gulped again,realizing tears were in my eyes.I don't know if it was because I was breaking up with Justin or because of Maggie,maybe both but I kept going,"I hope you find someone much better than me to take care of you..."

"Dakota..."

"Goodbye" I whimpered slightly,setting the phone back into place as I sat down on the bed,bringing my hands up to my face as my breathing got heavier and I let tears fall.

My crying got worse by the minute as I tried regaining myself with all my strength but I just ran back to my room and collapsed onto the ground somehow.

Finally,I wiped my tears away and heard the front door open and someone walking up the stairs.I got up,sitting on the bed as I wiped another tear away quickly right after Caitlin opened the door.

"Dakota?Are you alright?" She questioned,rushing over to me as sat down as she placed her arm around my shoulders and rubbed my arm slightly.

"I told him we were done" I said,quietly and she knowed who I was referring to anywas as she only stared at me for a while.

"I think you made the right choice" She answered

A/N : So my computer has a virus/: Yeahh,I am now writing on my iPod and I am leaving to go to Kings Dominion in 6 hours so this should be a fun night :)) xxx Vote Comment Fan
