I couldn't believe what had happened.

I stood there as my eyes filled up with tears.

"Yes, I promise. But what if we have problems or something?"

"That won't happen, we agree too much." he said as he gave me a hug.

We decided to go back to his house for awhile.

After all, I didn't have to be home until 6 pm anyways.

The ride was shorter every time we came or went.

When we got there, the front door was unlocked.

We heard nothing.

No noise.

No fighting.

No nothing.

It spooked me.

I was use to being left alone all the time, but there was something about today.

Something strange was going on and I had to find out what.

Jason led us to the kitchen and asked if I was hungry.

"I'm starving!" I exclaimed as my stomach began to growl.

He made a delicious meal.

Chicken and sausage gumbo.

Not too spicy.

Just right.

He set the dinning room table with candles and soft romantic music.

He turned the lights down low and was a complete gentlemen.

I was impressed.

As we began eatting, the front door opened, and Jason's parents appeared.

I was frightened yet again.

That was the second time Mr. Thibodeaux came behind me.

I ate my bowl of gumbo quickly, enjoying each bite and slurp.

His parents got themselves a bowl and joined us.

Mr. Thibodeaux right beside me and his wife across from him.

As I was taking one of my last bites, Mr. Thibodeaux ran his hand on my thigh, almost making me choke.

I jumped.

My face turned red.

It was a habit

A bad one at that.

I excused myself from the table and raced up the stairs.

This time I went straight to Jason's room..

I wanted some fresh air.

I needed some.

So I unlocked his sliding door and went out on the deck.

The scenery was beautiful.

But there were a few gray clouds.

The news had said spacious skies.

50% chance of rain.

I wanted it to rain.

the rain usually helped me think.

I loved the rain.

I leaned slightly over the edge and saw the underground pool.

it would be incredible to go swimming, but I just ate,

My food had not yet finished settling.

I felt a drop of water fall on my head.

As I was about to look up, someone was standing behind me.

I was scared to turn around.

I prayed it wasn't Jason's dad.

But then again, you never know.
