Prom (JG) *SLOW UPDATES*

Ella's POV
I get up and walk over to the stage steps. A guy that's standing there helps me up them and I walk to the microphone. I tap on it causing a loud highpitched noice to string through the cafeteria. Everyone makes faces and looks at the stage.
"Hello." I say and few people laugh.
"Incase you don't know me, I'm Ella Lopez. And I knwo Everyone was promised a live band and, of course, with Lindsey's awesome planning skills!" I say sarcastically and everyone laughs
"The band fell through. Now most of you knwo I came here with a singer named Jack Gilinsky." I say and everyone cheers.
"And he brought his partner in crime, Jack Johnson." I say and again, everyone cheers.
"So please help me welcome, Jack and Jack." I say nd everyone cheers and they walk on stage.
"All yours." I say to them and then walk to the side of the stage. Johnson gets handed a microphone and then jack talks.
"How's everyone doing?" He asks and everyone cheers
"Niceee. So, my friend Johnson and I, by request are going to be singing Falling from our album Gone." He says
"You can download it ok iTunes now for free." Johnson says and everyone laughs.
"So let's start this." Jack says and everyone cheers. The music starts and I smile.
"Falling, Falling, Falling, falling. For you you you you. Even on my way up, got me lookin at you in a different way,girl." Jack sings. Damn. Even without autotune he sounds amazing.
"I'm on my, girl, I'm on my way. Just let me hop into my ride, headed to your place. And imma slow it down cuz it ain't a race, but if it was I'm in first place. You know the deal baby. Yeah, tell me how you feel baby. I'll let you take the wheel baby maybe. Let me catch a feel baby, lately you've been the one that's on my mind." He looks at me
"Think about you when I'm alone I can't help it. I can't stop this feeling." He songs and I smile, he smiles back and turns back to everyone.
"We'll keep on climbing this ladder of love there's no ceiling. I can't help it. I can't stop this feeling." He sings and I get lost in the song.

After they finish singing, everyone starts changing for one more. I'm now down with Savannah in front of the stage.
"I think that's all for right now guys. Maybe later." Johnson says and Jack nods. Everyone claps and they both walk down from the stage. They bro hug and Johnson waves at me and I wave back, he walks out of the cafeteria and Jack walks to me. The girls all disappeared. He smiles and I hug him.
"That was amazinggggg." I say and he laughs. Just then the music cuts back on and a slow song comes on.
"Wanna dance?" He asks and I nod. I put my hands around his neck and his go around my waist. We softly sway to the music. Him occasionally cracking jokes.

Jack's POV
Her smile is gorgeous. Her whole personality is gorgeous.
"I like this song." She says as Don't Be a Fool by Shawn comes on
"Why?" I ask and she shrugs
"It speaks to me I guess. Kinda like gives guys a warning. Like hey, I'm a disaster and I'm constantly falling apart so don't fall in love." She says and I laugh.
"I'm just a mess you don't wanna fix." She mouths in an over dramatic way. I laugh and she smiles.
"I've always wanted to meet Shawn." She says
"I could make that happen." I says nd she shakes her head
"You've dome enough. And I'm sure after this, everything will go back to normal and you'll be super busy again and I'll be back to no life Larry." She says and I smile.
"You graduate soon right?" I ask and she nods
"A few months. Why?" She asks
"I want you to text me the date. I'll try and go." I say and she smiles softly.
"Don't be a fool jack." She says and I laugh
"I'm serious. I wanna go." I say and she smiles.
"You don't have to but I'll text you it." She says and I nod. The song ends and she kisses my cheek then wipes it. She laughs and then pulls away.
"I'm gonna go use the restroom." She says and I nod. She walks away and I walk to our table and sit down. I hate to say it, but I think I'm starting to like her. But Shawn said it best, don't be a fool.
