Ella's POV —a little later—
Jack and I are talking. He's at my house cuz he's coming to the party with me. Savannah and Johnson are getting ready at her house.
"Why don't you just stay in the dress you wore?" He asks as I pick out an outfit.
"Don't feel like it. I'm not sure if I even wanna go to the party. There's gonna be a bunch of drunk high schoolers and most likely drugs and people I don't wanna talk to and shit that's just-"
"Then let's just stay here." He says cutting me off. I turn around and look at him.
"What about Johnson and Savannah?" I ask and he shrugs
"What about them? I'm sure they'll be fine." He says and I laugh.
"Savannah will be pissed." I say throwing my hair up
"Just say you weren't feeling good." He says. I nod and grab my phone and quickly text the girls in the group chat.
Me: I'm not feeling well y'all...I think imma skip out on this one.
Almost immediately, I get responses.
Mimi🤤: nuh uh. We're having a party at Savannah's house. Be there. It's just us girls, a few guys Savannah and Johnson.
"They are throwing a party at Savannah's. Do you wanna go there? It's smaller." I say and he nods
"That's fine." He says and I nod
Me: ok we'll be thereee
"I still have to change but on to a less stressed about outfit." I say and he laughs. Jack is wearing a white shirt with black jeans which is what he wore to the graduation. I go to my closet and grab a cute but comfy outfit. (Above). I walk to my bathroom and close the door and quickly change and then walk out. Jack smiles at me and I smile back. I throw my dress and stuff into my closet and then throw one some white vans. I spray some perfume and then grab my phone and jack gets up and walks out of my room. I turn my light off and walk out and downstairs behind Jack.
"Were going to Savannah's." I say kissing my moms cheek and waving to my dad.
"Ok. Have fun." She says and Jack opens the door for me and I grab my keys and thank him.
"Bye Mrs and Mr. Lopez." Jack says
"Bye jack." They both say. He closes the door and I laugh
"What?" He asks
"You. Your so polite." I say and he laughs. I get in my car and he gets in the passenger and then I start it and head to Savannah's.

I park along the side walk as we arrive at Savannah's. I turn the car off and grab my phone and open my door and jack does the same. We get out and then close our doors and I lock the car and we walk up to Savannah's door. I knock and then walk in.
"We are hereeeeee!" I yell.
"I'm the kitchennnn!" I hear Emilie yell. We walk to the kitchen and there I see the girls, Jacob, Johnson, Michel, Chase and like two other football players. I then see Mina and Andi.
"Hey guys!" I say walking to the two girls and hugging them.
"On some real shit. Ella, you looked hot as hell today at graduation." Chase says and I laugh
"Aren't you dating grace?" I asks nd he shakes his head
"We broke up after prom plus, she ain't here." He says and I shake my head smiling.
"Ok!" Savannah says with a clap.
"Let's get this party starteddddd!"
