>Damien's Ending (The Halloween Party)<

You finally settle on a card and pull it out to reveal a number... "5" Damien speaks up immediately. "By the looks of things that's me." He says as he holds his card out in the palm of his hand "Well okay." You say as you both stand and Val leads you away from the main room to a closet at the opposite side of the house. Damien opens the door and you shuffle inside as Val closes the door and locks it behind you "Cya in seven!" She chimes and strolls away, her heels clip clopping along the wooden floor of the hallway. "So.... Now what?" You ask turning to face Damien in the poorly lit space, "I'm not sure." He states looking around the closet. You nod and turn away as a silence falls over the two of you.

A short while passes and the silence is killing you, it's not a comfortable silence it's extremely awkward and you can sense the tension between you, you have to do something. You sign heavily to get Damien's attention "Is something the matter (Y/N)?" He asks turning around to face you. "Hm? Oh no it's fine..." He scoots closer to you. "Are you sure?" You nod and face him, this seems to be working. Suddenly and unexpectedly you pull him in for a kiss, grabbing the collar of his shirt. He kisses back almost instantly but pulls away after a short time. "(Y/N).... I-I-" Damien starts but is cut off by the giggling of a door handle, "F**k sake!" You hear someone shout from outside, it's Amanda. "Hang on guys the door is stuck, it won't open!" You turn to Damien with a look of worry and he pulls you in for tight embrace, "It'll be fine (Y/N), this door gets stuck all the time." You nod and snuggle up to him, "Actually," you hear Amanda whisper to someone outside the door, "Shall we just leave them?" She says in a hushed voice. "Yeah, they get annoying after a while anyway." Val agrees and you can hear the two of them walk away. "Hey wait!" You call out to them but you get no reply, you turn to ace Damien, "How long will we be stuck in here?" You ask, worried. "I'm not sure, it won't be long though. Lucien will need me eventually." Damien says with what seems like a hint of sadness in his voice, "He will? He doesn't seem very..." You hesitate trying to think of the right word as not to hurt Damien's feelings "Distant, from you at times." Damien shakes his head. "Yes that is true, but he only does that to seem 'cool' around others, he loves me really." You nod and decide to end the conversation there. Suddenly the door bursts open and you are greeted by Amanda wielding an axe. "Fixed it." She says with a grin. "Amanda never do that again." You all laugh and walk out...
