As Nicole darted around Waverly, she managed to stick her finger into the bowl of cookie dough resting on the counter and put it into her mouth, laughing as she now stood on the other side of Waverly.
"Hey- Nicole!" The brunette protested, grabbing the bowl and pulling it closer to her.
"Hmm?" Nicole hummed, trying to steal some more but failing this time.
"I'm trying to make cookies for my girlfriend." Waverly frowned a little, but a small smile crept upon her lips.
"And I, your girlfriend, am trying to eat the cookies!" Nicole mimicked, attempting to get a chunk of the doughy mixture.
"Well can you at least wait until they're baked?" Eyes darting to the timer on the oven for just a moment, Waverly turned back around only to find Nicole hiding her hand behind her back.
                              "Nope." She smiled innocently.
"What's behind your back?" Waverly asked, pulling on the bowl once again and eyeing Nicole's front as though she could see through it.
"Nothing." Nicole smirked, and Waverly raised a suspicious eyebrow. Suddenly, Nicole darted forwards and wiped some of the mixture onto Waverly's nose, causing the shorter of the two to jump back and flinch.
"Oh my god! Nicole! Why- why would you do that?" Waverly laughed though she was evidently irritated.
"Because now it's a win-win for me." Nicole's smirk turned into a full smile and her dimples were on full display.
                              "How?"
"You can either go to the bathroom and wash it off, which means I get to eat as much of the dough as I'd like..." The redhead's voice trailed off as she bit her lip and stepped closer to Waverly, "Or... I can help you clean it up." She winked, saw Waverly's blush grow, and gently wiped the tiniest portion of the dough from Waverly's nose and popped it into her mouth.
With a small, defiant smile, Waverly wiped the rest off and ate it herself. Then, grasping the bowl and heading to the kitchen sink so Nicole couldn't take any more, she washed the rest off of her nose and dried it.
"Damn it, Waverly." Nicole sighed but her smile remained and she leant against the worktop, promising not to eat any more before they were ready.

Author's Note: I kinda want to write a one shot with Calamity Jane (Nicole's cat) in it so if you have any ideas for that let me know in the comments :P
