"Damn it!" Nicole's voice could be heard from where Waverly stood in the kitchen, drinking tea and simply thinking about stuff.
"What's wrong?" She called back.
"I cut my finger." Nicole replied with a sigh as she walked into the kitchen and held it up for Waverly to see. Then she went to the sink to put it under the cold water.
"Wee oo wee oo wee oo wee oo!" Waverly made the sound of a siren as she ran towards the bathroom, putting her tea on the counter before she set off.
"Waves?" Nicole shouted after her, but the only response she got was the continuance of that sound.
"Waves!" She tried again, and heard a laugh and then the sound once more. Turning the faucet off, she muttered to herself, "What on earth is she doing?"
The sound drew closer, and Waverly reappeared in the kitchen with a Band-Aid. Carefully, she took Nicole's finger and wrapped the Band-Aid around it, and then gently kissed it.
"Waverly, what are yo-" Nicole said with a laugh as Waverly disappeared, making that sound again, into the living room, taking her tea with her.
"I'm an ambulance!" She explained and flopped down onto the couch.
Nicole laughed and Waverly smiled widely.
