Blossom Akatsusumi

Ever since the dream Brick had, he's been going crazy. He swears that everyone is coming after him. I also caught him talking to his brothers, which made me upset. I mean I'm here to talk about anything with him!

Not because I think he's cutest thing ever.

I sighed and pushed my napkin around, where are we right now? We're sitting in a train, riding all the way down to North Carolina. I even have some things to object to this. One, my butt is numb. Two, Brick refuses to sleep, so he's turning into a maniac. Three, the food on these train is terrible!

"Do you have any idea what's happening to Brick?" Ace asked.

I looked over, he pushed his sun glasses up. His lime green eyes stared at me, but he looked tired. Dark bags under his eyes. Yet he also looked handsome, in a scary way.

"Huh?" I asked, shaking my head.

"I said, Brick's acting strange. Right? Or that's just me." Ace said.

"Maybe he misses his brothers, I know I miss mine."

"But their not really your siblings. Half siblings don't count."

I stared at him and blinked a couple of times. From my entire camp life, everyone knew that the Ares' kids are the closest out of everyone. Aphrodite kids are usually jealous of each other, Hermes' kids tend to play to many pranks on each other and my siblings tend to try to outbeat each other with smarts. But Ares' kids always have each other backs, because they feared the same rage.

Ares.

"I know what you're thinking. But I'm not close to my siblings like people think so. They have another common fear." Ace said.

"Who?" I asked.

Ace smirked, "Me."

"What?" I mumbled.

He laughed and passed me a covered plate. I stared at him and he smiled, bringing out a small flask. Smiling seeing it is honey, or what we call it at camp, nectar. We use it for both heaking and taste. Cause sometimes normal people can't cook and also we have godly genes mixed with us.

I giggled and opened the tray, seeing garlic noodles. I grabbed the fork and stuffed my mouth. Seeing how I haven't ate since we left camp, I really couldn't help but eat the whole thing in five seconds. Ace laughed, which made me turn bright red.

"Want some more?" Ace asked and I nodded.

"Please." I said.

He smiled and stood up, I stared at him and rubbed my belly. I am really hungry and I wondered if this place has any burgers. Thinking about food I didn't notice Brick sliding next to me. I sighed and from the corner of my eye I saw Brick rubbing his eyes, like he wanted to stay awake. I turned to look at him.

His skin looked paler and his cheeks looked hallowed in, but his eyes. Brick looked like he saw a ghost, which I guess he sorta of did. Hades living in the underworld, Brick must've saw something that has been making him crazy. He yawned and laid on my shoulder.

Brick sighed and tapped his finger on the table. I could feel my face turn red and my heart beating real fast. Praying to Athena that he didn't hear my heartbeat because that would be so embarrassing.

"I can't sleep." Brick mumbled.

I glanved at him then putting my hands on my lap. Taking in a deep breath and closed my eyes. Brick crossed his arms over his chest and groaned.

"I'm also super hungry." Brick complained.

"Well Ace went to get me some food. I can share if you want." I said.

He snorted, "I thought you didn't trust Ares' kids."

"I don't but food is necessary for life. And plus I think he's kinda sweet..."

He got off my shoulder and looked at me. His red eyes narrowed and pinched my arm. I gasped and slapped his arm. Brick glared at me and crossed his arms over his chest.

"He's sweet? I mean, next thing I know, you're gonna call him cute!" Brick exclaimed.

I blinked, "All I did wad call him sweet. What's wrong with you?" I asked.

Brick coughed and shook his head, "Nothing. I'm just hungry and tired."

I rolled my eyes and Ace sat next to me. He out a plate of burger and fries, I smiled and grabbed the food. Eating the fries I saw Brick glaring at Ace. I rolled my eyes, again, and elbowed Brick, making him groan.

I smiled happily and nodded my head towards Ace. I grabbed my burger and took a bite. I went for another bite but something hit the train. The train turned on it's side, allowing me to crush Brick and get crushed by Ace. I gasped when Ace's elbow went in my stomach.

"You okay Blossom?" Brick asked.

He wrapped his arms around me and the train flipped over again. I screamed and Brick covered my head with his head as he slide up. I gasped for air and saw the bottom of the train ripped off. Brick tried to cover me from the fallen metal shards but I felt my arms being nick.

"I smell Athena!" A voice yelled.

"Brick!" I yelled and Brick covered my eyes.

"Don't look." Brick whispered.

I heard snakes hissing and a animal roar. I gripped onto Brick arms and he whispered things in my ear. I heard Ace cursing and I opened one eye. I saw snakes running around train, people screamed but they ignored them. I felt a snake wrap around my ankle, I widened my eyes.

"Athena!" A raspy voice yelled.

My body dragged out of the snakes arm, I screamed and someone grabbed my hair. They pulled me up and I kicked my legs, grabbing at the person's wrist.

"Blossom!" Brick yelled.

I looked down and saw him being held down by snaked. Ace struggled but spiders crawled on my legs. I screamed, feeling the spiders all over my legs.

The raspy voice laughed and pulled me out of the train.

"Brick!" I yelled.

"Blossom!" He yelled.

"If you want the child of Athena back! Bring me the jewel of Hecate." The raspy voice hissed.
