I scrambled to the place, trying to reach Blossom before she passed out from her panic attack. I didn't care about turning into stone, Medusa always get killed by simple demigods. She hissed and smirked, pulling Blossom out of my reach.

"Trying to save her? Ha! Son of Zeus, give me what I want and you'll receive what you desire." Medusa said.

"No! Give me her! Now." I hissed.

She smirked and dropped a blue pearl. I stared at it, trying to remember what she wanted. But then I saw Blossom widening her eyes. She tried to reach out for me, I climbed and held out my hand. Our hands brushed together but she turned into smoke.

"Blossom!" I yelled.

I tried to jump after the spot buy Ace grabbed me and we slammed into the ground. I groaned and heard ambulance coming. I smacked my head and closed my eyes, trying to control my breathing.

She couldn't be gone. Blossom is one of Athena's smartest child, no way she could be gone! Every god has their favorite kid, I mean even normal parents have one! Blossom should be here, annoying me and telling me that I should be eating or sleeping.

Not in Medusa's claws.

I felt someone pat my back, I looked and saw Ace. He stared at the train with a farway look. I looked at him, wanting him to know that this was his fault. He tried to flirt with Blossom, taking away her attention from the quest at hand and he didn't even try to save her! Doesn't he know that we need Blossom, daighter of Athena.

Because we do.

"What did she mean jewel of Hecate?" Ace asked.

Well atleast he wasn't stupid as I thought. He knows that we need Blossom, good.

"I don't know. Does Hecate actually have a sacred jewel?" I mumbled.

Ace shrugged, "All I know she's a goddess of witchcraft."

"And crossroads."

"Whatever. You said that we need to get to some state to met with her?"

I nodded, "Yeah. Hades told me."

"Isn't that a bad omen?"

"Huh? Bad omen?"

"You know, talking to Hades. The lord of the Underworld, that has to be bad news."

"Don't bash on my dad."

Ace raised his eyebrow, "You're dad is Zeus not Hades."

I crossed my arms, wanting to throw a temper tantrum. Everyone should know that I don't claim Zeus as my father. I mean who would?

Instead of fighting, I stood up and walked along the train tracks. I wanna find Blossom. I need to know that she's safe but she's near Athena worst enemy. Medusa, she always kills Athena's kids. Which is why so many Athena kids don't come back or wanna come on the quest.

I don't want that to happen to Blossom.

Ace called out for me but I heard him running after me. All honestly, I am hoping for Ace to give me some peace and quiet but nope! Ace must talk to me, usually he'll talk to Blossom, another reason why I wish she is here, but he thinks it's cool to talk to me. I think not!

I glared at him but he didn't get the message. Most people would get the whole glare message, it basically shut up and just walk. Why must Ares sons be so difficult, all they is talk, eat and fight. They're basically like babies. Just more grown up.

I went to rub my face but a breeze made me stop. I looked around and Ace finally shut up, he look past me. I turn and saw a wolf, the wolf leaned down growling. I blink a couple of times and stepped back. Ace grabbed my shoulders and making me stop.

"Don't move." Ace whispered.

"Oh yeah! My first thought is to move infront a growling wolf." I hissed.

Ace hit the back of my head, I groaned and the wolf moved towards us. I pulled out a silver dagger from my boot, Ace snorted. I glanced back and Ace eyes widened. I turned back around and seeing the wolf running towards us made me hold back my scream.

But a silver arrow shot through the sky hitting the wolf in the neck. The wolf blinked and stumbled around but it looked at me and run towards me. I held up the dagger but the wolf jumped on me, and started licking my face. I gagged at the wolf breath, it smelled like dead animals and honey for reason.

"That animal wanted to kill you." A woman voice said.

I jerked my head to the side and a blonde woman sat on the rock. She wore a white fur jacket with black leggings, and what I'm guessing name brand boots. Her hair pinned bacl with curls spilling over her shoulders. She looked at me, at first her eyes was striking purple but they change to a light pink. Reminding me of Blossom.

"Who are you?" Ace asked as he helped me up.

I thanked him then looked at the woman. She smiled and whislted, the wolf trotted to her. She rub his fur and mumbled something in ancient Greek.

"I'm surprised you don't know me. I mean an arrow appeared out of the sky, think of that god, and all the sudden he's loves you? I thought you are smart." She mocked.

"Aphrodite." Ace breathed.

Ace fell to his knees and looked so heart broken. Aphrodite looked at him, her eyes softened and stood up. Ace whimpered and I blinked. I never ever heard son of Ares whimpered, they always growled or laugh.

"A broken heart. I'm sorry young one." Aphrodite said.

"Why did you shoot the wolf?" I asked, trying to cheer up Ace.

She smiled, "You think I did? Oh no, I have a son who did that. But you'll need this wolf to find Blossom."

"Blossom." I mumbled.

I looked at the wolf and turned back to Aphrodite but she was gone. A red rose grew in her place. I looked at Ace, who looked lost and upset. I patted his back then turned towards the wolf.

"Alright, take me to Blossom." I said.
