Chapter 4

I know that this story probably sucks but it's my first one and I'm writing more. Hopefully they will get better.

[Harry]

I walk to my house and when I get there I go straight up to my bedroom. I'm so mad at myself. Why didn't you kiss her? My conscience asks me, that's a really good question. Why didn't I? Ugh I am so stupid. I did have a great time with her though.

[Lexi]

I go up to my room shortly after Harry leaves, but before my parents get home. I get my phone out and text Julie.

Me: Hey J

Julie: Hey Lex r u gonna tell me more about this Harry guy now?

Me: Yes. He is 19, he goes to CCA, he has two sisters, he has a pug named Cookie. We met at Starbucks on Thursday. I ran into him as I was walking back out to my car.

Julie: Ur so clumsy my God.

Me: Shut up and let me continue. So then we both ended up being at the mall and we walked and talked for like 10 minutes until we both decided we should probably get what we came for. Before we went our separate ways he asked me for my number. Oh and if my mom asks I came to ur house on Thursday night.

Julie: Wait y?

Me: Because I went to his house. Anyway. Then he asked me out and we went for a walk on the beach and pizza on the dock last night. And tonight he came over here we watched movies and I almost kissed him until you called. Thanks for that btw bc when I got off the phone with you I lost the confidence to kiss him.

Julie: Sorry I didn't know! If you would have told me about him sooner I wouldn't have called while he was over.

Me: True sorry. Anyway I really like him and I'm mad at myself for not kissing him.

Julie: Well is he cute?

Me: Yea he has the most beautiful emerald green eyes and curly brown hair. He's pretty tall and he looks very fit.

Julie: Oooooh get it girl!

Me: Oh shut up Julie!

Julie: And about the kissing part you should wait for like the third date anyway.

Me: Who r u and what have u done with Julie? Since when are you the one to tell me to wait usually u r the one that tells me to go for it on the first date with other guys (not that there is many others) but srsly. Roxy is usually the one who tells me to wait.

Julie: Trust me if u have a nice guy like it sounds like Harry is don't rush it just enjoy it.

Me: Where is Julie? U imposter. Lol

Julie: Lol. U shld probably tell Roxy about him she'll want to know since I know.Goodnight love u.

Me: I will but I'm tired so I'll tell her tomorrow. Goodnight love u too.

I put my phone on its charger and get in bed. I'm out like a light within a few minutes.

[Harry]

My mom can usually tell when I'm upset when I come home and go straight to my room. It's a matter of time before she comes up here and asks what's wrong. I hear a knock on my door, so I get up and let her in. She says " Hi honey you seem upset, is everything ok?" I don't know how I want to answer this question. After a second of thinking I say, " I just really like Lexi and I had the chance to kiss her tonight and I didn't. I'm just mad at myself that's all." "Don't worry it will happen when it's time. Goodnight" She says as she gets up and leaves. I put my phone on its charger and go to bed.
