Alison's pov

"Emily... please stay with me,"

I murmured to her ear as I began to panic when Emily was about to lose her consciousness. We were just talking when all of a sudden she grasped her head and winced in pain. Beads of sweat started to form on the sides of her forehead and her face began to turn pale, like all the blood began to drain down somewhere.

I got to her side before she started to fall off her seat. Now, I'm standing next to her, my arms around her shoulders, supporting her weight as she was leaning on me. I held her, placing her head on my chest, trying to keep her from falling on to the floor, gently stroking her hair.

"Somebody please help!..." I said on top of my voice as I frantically fanned and wiped Emily's ever gorgeous face with the table napkin. I couldn't find a better thing to use because my brain just  went on crazy ass panic mode in a split second and just grabbed whatever's nearby. In the corner of my eye, I think I saw the receptionist and the waiter move about.

Then, Emily groaned in my arms. She was saying something under her breath that I can't quite understand, " Em? Emmy?... Hey, it's me Ali... It's gonna be okay, it's alright, just... come back to me,"

"Ma'am, is everything okay?" The waiter approached and asked.

"What does it look like to you?!! Would I call out for you if everything is okay around here?! My friend is in pain! Go get a doctor or something or, perhaps call 911!!" I yelled. It was unnecessary, I know, but I just can't help it. I lose my cool in a blink when I panic.

Emily groaned again, now her murmurs are slightly audible, "Ali... please..."

"I'm here, honey... I got you now. Here," I reached for her water and handed it to her, "Drink some water... and take a deep breath,"

She slightly moved her head sideways indicating she doesn't like to drink. She's still grasping her head, wincing painfully.

I turned to the receptionist this time who's been standing close doing nothing but stare at us, "Seriously?!!... Don't just stand there and ogle!!... You know what... why don't you just help me pull her up and take her to my car... I'll take her somewhere where there is an actual help!!"

Only then the receptionist snapped out of it and moved. She assisted me in supporting Emily's weight as we wobbled our way to my car. When I had Emily secure in the passenger seat, still wincing in pain as she leaned her head, I paid for dinner grabbed both of our stuff and drove us off.

I looked over at Emily, now slightly calm. Her eyes are closed, the heel of her palm massaged on her forehead. She's not wincing anymore but she still seemed hurting.

"Em?"

She fluttered her eyes open, blinked repeatedly before taking a look of her surroundings, confusion painted on her face. Then her eyes landed on mine.

"Em? How are you feeling?" I want to keep her gaze but I'm driving, so I turned my attention back to the icy road before I get the both of us in a road accident.

She didn't say a word, but I could feel her eyes on me, "Em? I'll take you to a hospital to get you checked out... Does it still hurt? Your head?"
