(Killian)

It was Wednesday. Yesterday at the park I got to learn about Jax's friends more. Not the really popular people, but they were definitely part of the in crowd. It was nice, getting to know them. I couldn't get to attached to the humans though, they would get old, I would stay the same.

I went to school, not expecting to be greeted by everyone as I walked through the doors to the school. We talked until we had to go to first hour. *Insert melodramatic sigh here*

I got through my first few hours and went through the lunch line. As I sat down my conscience decided to slap me with the thought of going back to Jax's house this afternoon. I can't belive I almost forgot. I was so lost in though that I didn't notice Sammy and everyone else sit down at my table.

"Oh, hey guys. Must have spaced out. Sorry," I apologized.

"S'okay, I do it all the time," Caspian reassured me.

"Do you want to come to my place this afternoon Alex?" Sammy asked.

"Actually, I have to go to Jax's place to finish out project. Sorry Sammy," I explained.

"Oohhh, Jax, you gonna get some pal?" Finn teased.

"Shut up Finn, you know it's only for the project. Plus, Alex is to innocent for that. She hasn't even kissed a boy before," as he said the last sentence I glared at him.

"You guys are never gonna let me hear the end of this are you?" I sighed.

"Nope."

"Never."

"You wish."

I finished eating and walked to PE. I got changed into purple shorts and a gray tank top. I did alright in pe, unlike some people.

I went through the rest of the day, ready to get to Jax's house so we could finish the project.

Once I arrived at his house, I got out of my car with my stuff. As soon as I knocked, what looked to be Jax's mom opened the door.

"Are you Alex? Jax told us you were coming over to finish a project for school," she greeted.

"Yep, that's me," I said.

"Okay, well you can call me Mrs. Hendrickson. Come on in, are you hungry?" She inquired.

"No, I just ate, but thanks. Is Jax in his room?"

"Yeah, have fun!" She winked.

I went down the stairs to his room and saw him laying on the bed, with his eyes closed. I approached him soundlessly, getting ready to pounce on him. I jumped on top of him, earning a muffled scream, and tried to tickle his sides. He started giggling, trying to escape my hold. That's when the tables turn and he starts to tickle me. I giggle, gasping for breath.

"Jax... please... stop... pl..please.." I gasp. He stops when he sees that I can't really breath. I sit up and get out my stuff.

"Might I ask what you thought you were doing, scaring me then tickling me?" Jax questioned.

"I was thinking it would be hilarious. But I guess karma is a butt," I answer.

"Okay, let's get this thing done, then mabey well have time to do some karaoke. Just for fun."

"I guess we could do that. Let's get this thing done."

We finished, and I was wondering why I agreed to sing. I hadn't sung for anyone but my brother and Sofia. Why was I so nervous about this.

"Ready to sing my dear friend?"

"Ready?" I didn't sound ready.

"Don't worry, I won't judge you," he reassures me as he connects his phone to the Bluetooth speakers. The first song that comes on is Remembering Sunday by All Time Low. (I suggest that you listen to the song as you read, it makes more sense. Or just skip it. Continue.) My eyes widen as I hear the familiar entrance. He starts to sing:
