(Alex's trident)

Mondays. Gotta love 'em.

Thea and I had set out plan into motion early in the morning at school. She had told me that he always comes through the doors into the gym of Blackville High.

I had set up an area where Thea would stand and wait for Seth to come over to greet her. I would stand just a little ways in the shadow, waiting for my cue from Thea. I would then show Seth not to mess with my girl.

Just as Thea said he would, Seth came through the gym entrance. He walked over to her and kissed her.

"Hey Seth?" She started.

"Yes Hun?"

"This isn't working for me. I want to break up, now."

"And why would you want to do that?" He asked, his tone implying something.

"Because I want to. You just aren't the one for me. Let it go, Seth."

"No, I won't let you go. I still like what you have to offer," he said, the underlying message clear.

"No, I won't let you control me any longer. Let. Me. Go."

"You pushed this on yourself sweetheart," he grumbled. He then proceeded to kiss her very roughly. He was forcing himself onto her. His hands started roaming to her cheast, but I never let him finish.

I jumped out of my hiding place and shouted, "Get off her, you bastard! Leave her be!"

He paused and asked, "And you are?"

"That doesn't matter. Step away from the girl."

"Why should I? She's my girlfriend."

"Jokes on you, I got your whole conversation on tape. You can't deny anything," I said, showing him my phone.

"What will you do to stop me?"

I ran at him, tackling him to the ground. He let out an 'uff' and tried to push me off. I punched his left ribs, then his cheek. I got up and kicked his balls, leaving him on the ground. I took Thea's arm in mine and said over my shoulder, "Don't ever come after my friend again. You may never have children if you do."

We walked out of the gym together, going to class.

It was lunch time, and the crew was sat at my table. Samy on my right, Thea on my left, Sera beside her. On the other side was Killian, Jax, Finn, and Caspian.

"So, I heard that you finally got rid of Seth, Thea. How'd that work out?" Caspian inquired.

"I asked him with a little persuasion," she looked at me.

"How is Alex persuasion?" Finn laghed.

"You should have seen her. First he didn't want to let me go, but the Lex came and tackled him, threw a few punches and kicked him in the balls. She did good."

They all stared at me in shock. What did I do? Oh wait, stupid, stupid, stupid. No one knew that you took combat classes, UP IN HEAVEN!

"Yeah, I took classes when I was younger. Can't a girl be able to defend herself and a friend?" I said.

"It's not that. It's just..." Finn started.

"Its just that we didn't really expect it from the quiet, hidden girl in the shadows. But hey, now we know," Caspian finished.
