(Sammy's house)
Chester and I woke up Saturday ready to work. More or less.
I got up and pulled on a cross country tank top and yoga pants. I pulled my blonde hair up in a high ponytail. Then I trotted downstairs to eat a chocolate chip bagel. Mmmm, scrumptious.
We went to sit by the pool, again. We worked on Chester's ability with water, with some help of course. He had a bit of free time to work on this since I was at school. Now he could control the water molecules better and turn them to ice, making a little snow storm.
We did this until lunch, going in to eat. I sat down with my sandwich, talking with Chester until the doorbell rang. I looked at Chester with a confused look. He gave me that same look back.
Who would be ringing my doorbell? Could be Sammy, but we were hanging out Sunday. No one else knows my adress, and I live with a few miles of forest surrounding my lawn. Obviously not girl scouts.
I got up and went to the door, peeking through the peephole. I was going to hurt Sammy for doing this.
I opened to door, looking at Killian. His hair was on point, and his dark outfit was spectacular as ever. Now, the question was, why is he on my porch? Sammy must have told him my adress. *Sigh*
"Killian, why are you at my house?" I asked suspiciously.
"I wanted to hang with you, so Sammy gave me your adress. Also, I wanted to see your hell hound," he smiled.
I was so going to make Sammy pay for this. Now the demon brother of my best friend knows where I live. Great. "Come on in, though don't expect lunch. My food is my food, don't touch."
"Okay, so yeah. Just came over to get to know you better, mostly cause you're friends with my sister and I'll be seeing you alot," he said as I led him to my kitchen. "Where is your mom?" He wondered, looking around the empty house.
"Business trip," I said simply.
"Oh. Will she be back soon?"
I thought about answering never, just to see what would come of it, but decided against it. "She'll be back in a few days. She's usually on business trips. She um... she usually gets called out on them as soon as she gets home. I honestly don't care," I stumbled a little while making up excuses as to why my mom wasn't ever here.
"So you got your house all to yourself huh. You ever have anyone... over?" He asked with a smirk and his left eyebrow raised. Demons.
"No."
"Hmm... you are telling the truth!" he proclaimed.
"Mmhhmm. Let me introduce you to my hell hound, Chester. Chester, this is Sammy's brother, Killian," I introduced them.
"He is very pretty. How did you meet?"
Is this twenty questions or something? Do I have something against people? No. Demons and angels? I should. Mabey I'm letting down my walls to quick. Oh well. Can't undo what is done. "We met in this house. He crashed through my screen door and attacked me, then we made freinds."
"I'm not getting the full story, am I?"
"Mabey."
"Okay miss secretive, moving on. You know that my sister has a bond, right? Do you even know what a bond is? It's a-" I cut him off by putting my hand over his mouth.
"Yes I know what a bond is. Also, doesn't Onyx look gorgeous? She even let me ride him," I gushed.
"She let you ride him?! She won't let me ride him much less let me in the pasture. But he is beautiful."
