Chapter five

Jamiee got out the shower and put on A oversized T-shirt ,and boxers.
She decided to not brush her wet curly hair just let it air dry.
There was a knock on the door.
"Come in" Jamiee says .
Henry comes in wearing grey sweats ,with a white muscle shirt. his hair was still damp from his shower.
"I ordered pizza,if your hungry "he says looking at Jamiee .
She nodded "okay thanks ,here I come".
She went to her dresser and grabbed a pair of pink socks.
She put her socks on and went passed henry who was still looking at her.
He stared at her bare long legs as they went downstairs .
Jamiee sat at the table and henry sat across from her .
"So what went wrong with the last nanny?"Jamiee asked grabbing a pepperoni pizza and eating it .
Henry grabs one.
"Long story"he shrugs taking a bite.
"I've got time "Jamiee says .
Henry looks at her ,as she took a bite of her pizza .she looked at him suddenly feeling uncomfortable .she clears her throat blushing .henry seems to notice and smiles .
"She was my ex-girlfriend "henry starts .
Jamiee raises an eyebrow .
"There was this time when I had to go on a business trip for my job,and apparently while I was out Monica was seeing someone behind my back."
Jamiee could see his jaw clenching.
"She was inviting him over and everything,then when I came back a week later I was sitting at a table coloring with Mimi while Monica was cooking ,and then out of no where Mimi says she misses Bryan .Monica tried to deny it ,but she wasn't a very good liar,she had cheated on me."
Henry shakes his head clenching his fist."Gosh I trusted her ,change that I was falling for her.i kicked her out my house the next day ."
"Wow "Jamiee says "I'm so sorry ".
"It's fine "henry signs ."what about you ,why don't you have a boyfriend ?"
"He cheated on me with my work partner"Jamiee smiled.
Henry felt a connection with Jamiee .they could relate .
Henry shakes head. Dismissing the subject "do you want some coke?"
Jamiee nods"sure"henry gets up and grabs two cokes out the refrigerator .he gives one back to Jamiee and sits back down.
Jamiee opens the can then takes a swallow.she burps loudly.
"Ew"henry smiles scrunching his face .
Jamiee laughs "excuse me"
Henry smiles ,he loved Jamie's laugh.
"Well thanks for the pizza ,but I am now sleepy"Jamiee says.
"Goodnight "henry smiles.
Jamiee throws her trash away.
"Goodnight henry"Jamiee smiles.
