Chapter seventeen

"Monica?"henry calls surprised .
"Heyy babe"she smiles .
"What are you doing here?"henry says coldly .
"Your mom invited me to dinner "
Everyone looks at Wendi who's smiling .jamiee tenses getting the feeling something bad was gonna happen.
"Yea I did ,come on an take a seat"wendi smiles .
Monica smiles and sits on the other side of henry .
"Who are you?"Monica asked Jamiee .
"I'm uh the new nanny"Jamiee says
Taking her in.Monica had long black hair that went down to her back,big blue eyes ,and full lips that were covered in red lipstick to match her red dress.
Monica face turns to disgust"you are ?why'd ya stoop so low ?"
She turns to henry "huh?"
Henry balls his fist his jaw clenching .
"We're gonna leave thanks for the dinner mom it was wonderful"sierra says getting up with Johnny and Jullian hugging Wendi .they walk out the door.
James shakes his head,while Michael glances at Jamiee .Mimi scrunches her face not getting what's going on.
Jamiee exhales trying to hold back her tears .
"No offense Jamiee ,but Henry's never had a girl that looks well ...poor ,he's always had a classy girl"
"Monica stop it now "Henry growls
Wendi signs "come on guys let's get along ,I invited Monica because she was in town and maybe y'all would start talking again "she says to henry .
"I don't want to talk to her again I'm through with her "henry snaps .
"Ouch,that hurt "Monica says .
"I'm through with you Monica ,i don't ever want to talk to you again"henry says harshly "you're a cheating b---,who f--s anyone that has balls !"
"Henry enough!" Wendi says .
Michael gets up grabbing Mimi and walking out of the kitchen upstairs.
"Excuse me,I'm not a b-- !I came back because I changed, I wanted us to work something out ,but turns out you done went to this trash ,and hired her as your nanny!the only thing she wants is your money ! she doesn't give a f--- about you or Mimi like I do! I loved you henry ! and I hate to say it but I will always love you !"Monica shouts fiercely .
Jamiee gets up running out the door
"Monica you need to leave "James says coldly standing up
"Fine f-- all of you!"Monica says .Monica gets up and walks out the door slamming the door behind her.
Henry walks outside knowing Jamiee was out there.he sees her leaning on his car crying . he runs up to her pulling her close holding her head at his chest .
"Shhh it's okay" henry says soothing her as she sobs in his arms .
"I'm so sorry ,i didn't know she was gonna be here or I would've never brought you here.don't believe anything she said about you,you're more than that okay ".henry says raising her head up and kissing her forehead.
"Please stop crying I hate seeing you cry "he kisses her tears away causing Jamiee to sign
Michael comes out with Mimi in his arms .Mimi climbs out of Michael's arms and runs to Jamiee .
"Jewee w-why t-you c-crying ?"Mimi says tugging on Mimi's dress .
Jamiee smiles picking her up .
"Because I've missed my little princess"
Mimi smiles wiping Jamiee's face.
"C'mon let's get you in your car seat "henry says grabbing Mimi and putting her in her car seat .
"You okay bae?"Michael says hugging Jamiee .
Jamiee signs "yea I'm okay"
"You sure ?"
"I'm positive "Jamiee smiles ."have a good night"
Jamiee and Michael exchange kisses on the cheek .Jamiee pulls away to see James walking towards her.
"I'm so sorry for what happened tonight"James smiles sadly "are you okay?"
"Yes sir"Jamiee smiles hugging James.

"Have a good night "James says as Jamiee gets in the car .
"Alright y'all I'll see y'all later Chelsea's waiting on me "Michael says walking to his red charger .
"Alright "James says .
"By dad"henry says hugging his dad.
"Bye son call me tomorrow ,and sorry about tonight"
Henry nods pulling away and getting in the car .James walks back in the house .
Henry pulls out of his parents driveway and glances at Jamiee .she's staring out the window lost in thought .
"Why did you hire me henry?huh?you could've chosen any other girl that had money and that wasn't poor like I am .someone that your mom would approve of ,but instead you chose me ............."Jamiee sniffs "I don't understand "
" because they weren't you "henry says answering her question"and there's just something about you that pulls me to you,and I like it....I like you"
