We're so fucking exhausted now
Relationships do that
People do that
And so we're the 'leavers'. Sneaking out in the dead of night with bottles of poison, a lighter and fucked up pride
Why?
Because we're so fucking scared of breaking. And people do that. People break you. And sometimes they do it with a smile.
I can still remember her saying "You're just not worth all that pain, you know?" She smiled at me, turned and walked away.
I haven't seen her since.
There are so many ways of saying goodbye, and lately that's all I find myself doing.
