It was 2 days after Maya came over and we decided today was the perfect day to get started and be on our way. But first thing first we had to pack. We packed food, water, clothes, a first aid pack, and of course the trident. After everything was packed we finally left, with Percy by my ankles. We were scared at first thinking that another tsunami might happen or other gods will try and stop us from returning it to Poseidon or worse we might just being doing this for nothing, but after a while of everything being perfectly normal we got over our fears and decided this adventure would be worth it. When everything seemed perfectly fine something rather unusual happened, some sort of sea creature that we believed to be a dolphin, appeared out of the waves. Maya wasn't quite sure what to do, and neither did I, but something inside my head told me to follow this creature, so I followed my instinct and hoped for the best. The dolphin lead us to a waterfall and swam straight toward it Maya and I were petrified. As the dolphin swam into the waterfall we expected to hit a rock or some kind of wall, but no it led us to a cave that kind of looked like a beach. Maya and I started thinking maybe Poseidon led us here, but we were definitely mistaken. All of a sudden a strange shadow appeared on the wall, and it said deep booming voice " Poseidon is growing weak and I'd like to keep it that way, hand over the trident and you shall be spared" Maya and I had absolutely no clue what to do.
