Chapter 3

Missy POV

Even though I knew Liverpool quite well, because my grandmother would drag me around to proper tea shops, clothing stores, and ball dances, I was excited to finally explore it on my own with a real liverpuldian. Not to mention a pretty handsome drummer. As I got ready I heard knock at the door. butterflies formed in my stomach I knew it was him. I had a black dress with a white collar on it on, with a pair of black flats on. I didn't do much to my hair I just parted it. As I made it down stairs I realized my grandmother had already let Ringo in and tried to put him in her trance. I quickly grabbed his arm

"Hey" I smiled with a lets get out of here look.

He understood then looked at my grandmother thankfully. "thanks, madam I loved your opinion on the queen and our class"

My grandmother looked curious. "wait I haven't told you about my finest tea set" she quickly got up and went to the kitchen to fetch it.

I looked at him with an annoyed look. "we should make a run for it"

He nodded his head in agreement and we scrambled out the door. After a mile down the street we started laughing are heads off.

He looked at me still chuckling. "is she always like that?"

I smiled then spoke in my best british accent "she wants to be a spit spot brit"

He started laughing again then tried to mimic my grandma "oh and the queen is so fancy with her lushesh fur coat"

I giggled some more "is my grandma that bad at a fake british accent."

He started smiling "well, it depends what part of Britain shes trying to copy."

I smiled then blurted out "I love your accent"

He started blushing "I don't like it I fancy your American accent"

I rolled my eyes "we don't have an accent"

He smiled then put his hand on my cheek. I started blushing. "yes ya do lov and I love the way you blush and roll your eyes."

I started blushing more and I started getting embarrassed "stop with your spell." He just smiled cheekily "sorry I can't I just can't get enough of your blush. I started blushing again. After a whole day of touring Liverpool with my new friend Ringo I couldn't believe all the stuff I haven't seen yet. It was a pretty down city but the people were funny and happy. I then realized all the places my grandmother dragged me to was in Manchester. I was still trying to learn all the parts of London. Back to Ringo, he was really handsome, funny, kind, and talented even if he had a crooked nose, but his eyes were a different story as his sparkling blue eyes stared into yours you can feel a light weight of water in your eyes. I knew instantly we would become good friends maybe even a couple.
