Sam's Pov:
I wait for Jen to arrive for lunch.
She texted me earlier saying she had an emergency meeting and would be late.
As soon as I heard her knock I ran to the door.
"Hey!" I say kissing her.
"Hi," she replies softy.
I know something's wrong but I decide to give her a chance to tell me.
"I made sandwiches," I tell her when we sit down.
We spend a few minutes eating in silence before Jen speaks.
"Josh, something...happened at the meeting," Jen tells me softly.
"What happened?" I ask nervous.
"You know the bad press I'm getting?" She asks.
I nod.
"Well if I get back with Nicholas he will stop. I have a week to decide."
My heart stops and I freeze.
"And your actually considering it?!" He asks in disbelief.
"Josh you know no one approves of us so what difference would it make?!"
"A BIG difference! Are you just giving up on us?!" I scream.
I immediately regret my words as her face saddens.
"How dare you even think that! I will always love you....Goodbye Josh," She tells me.
"Jen please!" I say wanting her to stay.
She doesn't listen, and she drives off.
