Jen's Pov:
After we grab pizza we head down to this ice cream parlor down the street.
We both bought our ice cream and started talking and laughing.
I was in the middle of talking to him when my phone rang.
"Who is it?" He asks.
I check my phone.
"Nicholas" I tell him.
His face falls.
"Give me a minute" I say stepping away.
"Hello?" I answer.
"Hey, how's Kentucky?" Nicholas asks.
"It's good, how's Los Angeles?" I ask.
"Same as always" he tells me.
"That's good. Listen I gotta go I'm with my parents" I lie.
"Okay, I love you" Nicholas says.
"I love you too" I tell him.
I head back to Josh and put away my phone.
"Sorry about that, oh and by the way, I'm leaving a day early due to filming" I tell him.
"What did Nicholas want?" Josh asks.
"Just checking on me" I say with a shrug.
"He doesn't trust you" He says.
"Josh please-" I say
"No it's the truth and you know it!" He shouts.
"Josh I don't want to do this right now" I say sighing.
"Why can't we be together, I'm so much better!" He shouts.
I shake my head.
"I'm done!" I shout.
"Jen wait!" He shouts.
I keep going.
