After the girls reached,their hairs were messed up. They talked a lot on the way. They found out that Seulgi was only a few days older than Wendy. Didn't make much of a difference.

"Thank you so much for dropping me...I really appreciated it" Wendy bows in gratitude

"Oh! Don't mention it, I'll give you a ride whenever you want to. And now that you know that I literally moved in front of you...we should hang out." Wendy nodded in response, pressing her lips.

There was a moment of silence when they both were looking at the ground. A swift breeze blows past them, making their messy hair go in every direction. "So bye until...we meet next time" Seulgi broke the awkward silence. "Yeah" The other replied walking off into her house.

"Wendy? Didn't you go walking? How are you here so early?" Wendy was greeted by her grandmother at the door who held a shocked expression to see her granddaughter.

"A friend gave me a lift" The little girl smiled.

"A friend? Gave you a lift? Wouldn't her house be too fa- oh wait...was the girl who just moved in front of us? Seulgi was it?" Her grandmother had a poor memory but she had vague feeling that a girl visited them the day before.

"You knew? Why didn't you tell me?!" Wendy felt betrayed but she wasn't that serious about it.

"I forgot to tell you that she came to visit yesterday, with some rice cakes. Go check the fridge. You were asleep so I didn't bother to wake you up." Wendy was a bit annoyed but she bottled it inside her because she loved her grandmother.

She ran upstairs to her room and sat on the floor in front of the small table in the corner of the room, next to her closet, where there was a picture of her parents.

"Mum, Dad, I made a new friend today. I have a feeling that she'll be my bestie for ever but-but I feel...I feel like-" Wendy paused as a lump started to grow in her throat. Tears form in her eyes, making her unable to see the picture of her parents.

"I love her already" a tear streamed down her face as she stared at the floor in shame.

"I don't care if she doesn't like me back...I just want you guys to accept me." She glances at their photos again, as if they were really their. Tears start to flow out of her eyes like a waterfall. She lied down on the floor, staring at the ceiling which was filled with inumerous pictures of her with her parents.

"I really wish you were here"

Wendy never realised when she fell asleep. The first thing she saw after she opened her eyes was a picture on the ceiling, of her parents with her in front of the leaning tower of Pisa, where they had so much fun together.

'Things were so much better before this' Wendy thought to herself and tears form in her eyes again. Just then her phone buzzed.

It was a notification on Instagram, that too her main account where she rarely got likes and comments.

She checked her latest notifications and felt her heart skip a beat
