Damage*ON HOLD*

Chapter two.

I sighed that annoying sound of my alarm waking me up yet again part of me missed the sound but most of me wanted throw the clock against the wall in hopes of breaking it but unfortunately I couldn't do that and I had to wake up, I threw the blankets of my heavy feeling body kicking my way out of bed to my door as I opened my dad walked by yawning and scratching his back "morning dear, want some breakfast?" He asks me and I shake my head continuing my adventure to the bathroom as I close the bathroom door and start the shower I look at myself in the mirror rubbing my eyes and combing through my shortish hair surprised at the fact it wasn't as tangled as usual but perhaps it was because I washed it the night before last which was something I barely did, laziness, I sighed stripping off my clothes and hopping inside the perfect warm shower I roll my eyes behind my head as the water hits my back the heat from this is probably enough to scold a person but it felt amazing to my cold skin. I raced back to my room so my dad wouldn't see me and I quickly closed my door to look through my mess of clothes for something to wear as I looked at the time seeing it was 6:30 AM and I had to leave soon if I was gonna be able to get some donuts which it wasn't an option to not get donuts, oh and coffee, I tossed the clothes I didn't want back in my closet to organize another day finally finding a decent enough outfit until I realized it might be too chilly as I rolled my eyes and I went to my window opening it to see if it was cold shivering at the crisp cold air seeing the frost cover the window and our grass and I sigh, maybe it'll get warmer in the day. I finish putting on my outfit looking at myself in my mirror okay with the outfit or at least I don't have time to change into something else and I grab my back pack from my floor and rush out my room seeing my dad coming in from outside "your car won't start and I have work darling you're gonna have to walk" he explains to me and I sigh grabbing my lunch from the fridge "okay I'll just walk it's a short walk, love you dad see you when I get home" I tell him hugging him before I walk out the door; I sigh as I slow down my pace reaching the small gas station checking my watch "7:55 that's fine donuts are worth being late" I breathe out walking into the gas station waving to the cashier as I grabbed a bag of donuts and made myself a coffee before paying the man and started jogging again to the school. I lean against the brick wall in front of the doors struggling to catch my breath as I watched people walk into the building I sigh and walk in myself seeing the halls filled with people talking and laughing I seen that no one really cared what time it was even though it was 8:20 and classes had or should have started already but as the bell rang people scattered around to their respectable classes and I just walked to mine not even caring at this point since I practically ran all the way here, I walked into my algebra class smiling to Mr. Simmons as he looked at me "you're late" he said looking back to his books as he opened them and began writing the lesson on the board "yeah sorry I had to run he-" he cut me off by clearing his throat before point to the door "go get a slip please" he said not even looking at me and I sigh kicking my heel turning to the door as I walk out of it going into the hall "stupid fucking car" I mumble to myself walking down the hall seeing the doors open and the two guys from yesterday rushed inside talking "man she's gonna kick our asses" the blonde one said as the other just shook their head "as long as we get the slips she'll be fine" the other said and they both looked at me making me tense up as I look down and continue walking "hey" I hear one say to me as I swallow deeply I hated social interaction with new people if that wasn't clear already "you're the girl from yesterday right? Your dad waved to us" he continued to talk to me as they both walked with me into the office "um yeah sorry about that" I say surprised I was able to get that out and he just laughs "it's totally cool, so what're you doing in the office?" He asks me as I watch the other guy explain to the office lady about their situation "late so I have to get slip" I tell him hoping he actually hear me as I look at my fingers "same here we were getting food" he laughs out and I just nod feeling that awkwardness start to form in my body "come on dude let's go" the other said ending our tiny conversation "see you around" the blonde one said to me as they left and I finished getting my slip breathing out the air I was holding in as I walked out the office too seeing them turn and walk into their class, I rush back to mine to finish the rest of it.
