As usual sonakshi was just returning from work. She was a 23 year old fair individual . Her hair was curly and lips were rosy red. She was walking home when she received a call .
"Hello"
"Hi sonakshi "
"Who's  this"
"Sonakshi after shifting to Mumbai have you forgotten about your aunt."
"Aunty its you. How can I forget my aunt who looked after me after my parents left me. How come you called "
"I missed you my child . It's been two days since you have gone and this house has become silent "
"Aunty it is just a matter of four years after that I will come back Na"
"Hmm...Take care beta"
"Yes aunty . You too  don't stress yourself "
"Yes beta bye"
The call ended and sonakshi walked down the lane to her house. She glanced up to the opposite house and a shiver ran down her spine. It was believed that that house was a house of terror. Once you go in you can't get out. As she went further down the lane ,passing that spooky house , she felt as if she was being followed. She turned around and saw nothing but pitch blackness . She had a feeling as if she was being watched , ever since the day she became 20. She always wondered was this just her hallucinations or was it true. She reached her house and with her golden keys she opened her house.

After supper sonakshi was in her small temple  . She was busy praying to God
"Oh god ....Please keep all supernatural forces away from me... Let the vampires stay away and let the ghost just go away."
This was her daily prayer .
After completing it she went to her room only to receive the shock of her life ...Her bed was floating in the air and her window was open. Seeing this a scream escaped her mouth and the bed came falling down along with a man . His hair was perfectly gelled and his clothes were all black . His face was as white as snow .
"Hey lady I guess you just be sonakshi ! Nice to meet you ! I am dev ....I am no ordinary man but a vampire . You must be thinking what I am doing here well I am sent by the vampires asociatiation to protect you ! Don't worry I do not intend to hurt you  nor do I drink blood it's  so gross.  I only drink blood when I am in severe need of it. Wow your blood smells so sweet. Don't worry I won't drink it now as my energy level is a little to high. I am just like any other human being ...The only difference is that my heart does not beat. Don't worry I won't take much all I need from  you is that you do  not scream . Your scream is too ear piercing I mean I am a man with a non beating heart but hearing your scream I guess I would have had a heart attack. Oh yes did I mention that for the next one year we are stuck together. I must say you are really beautiful. You must be wondering my age well I am a young vampire around 270 years. Don't worry since we are going to be sharing a room , I assure you that you are safe. And what is this garlic. Do you still believe that garlic scares away vampires. It used to  but for the old vampires ,now  we vampires have got a resistance to garlic. Hey aren't you going to say something "
The next moment a loud thud was heard and sonakshi fainted .

"I knew this was going to happen. Alex warned me not to give her a shock "
