Hi, I read everyone's guesses but unfortunately everyone is wrong so the chapter is not dedicated to anyone. All of you tried to copy my mindset but all of you must have got to know by now that I am highly unpredictable . One of you had almost guessed correct but when I asked for the final answer she answered wrong . Anyways enough of my bak bak ...here is the chapter.

What they saw shocked them ,Alex was knocking on the window. He was dressed up in black and had his face covered .
"Alex ,what are you doing here? Get inside. Why didn't you use the door"
He pulled him inside and then shut the window. Alex removed the scarf from his face.
" I felt like using the window"
"Do you know how scared we were ,we thought it was an attacker"
"Well now the attacker has a name"
"Who is he"
"Raymond Carter "
"Dev I have read this name somewhere "
Sonakshi thinks where did she read this name
"Oh yes ...in your library. Me and jatin had gone to the library a week ago, there I picked up a book and I read his name. He is one of the most dangerous and powerful vampires. He is really cruel to his people . I think he is the ruler of vampirestan. He has been conquering every land which he finds wealthy. It is believed that if he eyes something then he can go to any extent to get it. "
"Right . It was in the news that he is the most wanted vampire. All the supernatural peace agencies are after him . Last year he had killed lacs of people just because they disobeyed him. He wants to be the ruler of all supernatural lands and for this he can go to any extent. "
"Hmm, this vampire is more dangerous than I thought, we will have to make a new plan in order to get him."
"Yes but there is one problem "
"What"
"No one has ever seen him and no one has ever reached him. Whoever works for him is killed after their work is done. He has changed his name and looks and right now is living in disguise in God knows which land"
"Any other information"
"No not right now....my men are still searching for clues"
"Ok .  Thanks Alex "
"Your welcome ...I will take your leave"
"Hmm"
Saying so Alex flies out through the window. Dev closes the window and turns to sonakshi
"Sonakshi ...if you want you can quit this mission and stay underground. I know you are scared of vampires and all"
"No dev I will fight "
"Are you sure "
"Yes"
"You have changed "
"Huh"
"At first you were so scared of us , of our powers and now you were fighting with them, with us, with me."
"Dev they have killed my family ,my mom ,dad ,aunty. They harmed you ....I can't spare them. They have made me an orphan just for this pendent . This Raymond Carter has killed so many innocent people...how can I back out now"
Tears started glistening in her eyes, a few drops trailed down her cheeks. Dev wiped them with his thumb and pulled her into a hug
"We will not spare them I promise"
He led her to the bed and made her lie down. She kept her head just above his non beating heart and slept in his embrace. Dev kissed her hair twice or thrice and kept stroking her hair till sleep eventually dawned upon him.

The next morning dev woke up and found sonakshi missing. He jumped out of bed and checked the washroom but ,found it empty. He was about to go out in search of him  when she entered​ through the door with a tray .
"Where had you gone "
"To get you your breakfast. I gave dad and jatin theirs and brought our breakfast upstairs ,but ,why are you sweating? Are you feeling hot. Should I open the air conditioner?"
"No, no need for the air conditioner. I was scared when I found you missing from the bed. You could have informed me"
"Dev relax ..I am fine see....now come let's have some toast"
She kept the tray on the table and went towards him. She stood on her toes and pecked his cheeks
"Come"
She took his large cold hand in her small warm hand and led him to the table.she made him sit and wiped of the sweat beads from his forehead and upper lips. She then offered him a toast which he took. They had their breakfast in silence
"Sona, the others will be coming in the after noon for the further plans "
"Hmm...got any idea for what we should do"
"No but let's see what the others have thought ...I am sure till then we will think of something "
"Hmm"

I know today's update is very small but guys I am suffering from a fever since the last two days . The climate of India hasn't suited me much and I have ended up with a viral . I will give the updates regularly but they may be small, but guys what can I do na. Plz bear with me for a few days
