"Where is he?" Sebastian asked Clary when he walked into the room after he finished going over the plans with Mark.
"He went to his room to change. Is everything ready for tomorrow?" She walked out of the bathroom and laid down on the bed looking exhausted.
"Are you having second thoughts?" He questioned her softly as he laid next to her.
"Not at all I'm just worried about Jonathan." He smiled a bit at her.
"He's the least of our worries."
"I know but he's still our brother."
"It doesn't matter everything will work out perfectly ...at least for us." He smirked before he kissed her into oblivion.
Mark and Ami entered the Morgenstern home and followed the light of a blazing fire into the den where they found Valentine nursing a glass of wine in front of the fire and Molly drapped elegantly across one of the couches.
"Where have the two of you been?" Molly asked staring at her husbands tense figure.
"Sebastian called for us." Ami said sitting down next to his mother.
"How?"She questioned.
"he got a fire messeage to us."Ami explained.
"What did he want?"their father growled as he turned to face them all.
"He wanted to inform us that clary had achieved her mission." Valentine smiled at the mention of his daughter.
"That was quick."
"It seems jocelyn has gotten carless over the years. They also wanted to inform of stage two of the plan."
"Stage two?"
"Yes. It was clary's idea." Ami added into the convastion.
"Yes it was. " Mark agreed before describing the plan. "Tomorrow Jonathan is to have his mind searched by the silent brothers."
"Wait wait wait... If that happens they could be discovered and killed." Molly interjected.
"that's already been taken care of."
"Proceed mark. we'll talk about that at the end." Valentine sipped at his wine.
"while that is happening most of the silent brothers will be out. Me and Ami will go and retrive the sword from them. It shouldn't take but a few minutes..."
"Take Blackwell and pangborn with you. That should cut the time down even less and give a wide oppurtiunity for one of you to grab the sword while the other three cover you."
"As you wish father." There was a bitter taste in Mark's mouth as he utters those words. "Any way at that time. Once we have the sword Clary wants you to make a vist to the instiute." Valentine nodded his understand.
"What about you're mother?" was the only thing he asked.
"She would like you to wait here with a warlock. Get them to open a portal at the apporiate time and then get rid of the thing that binds them to the intitute." Molly nodded.
"It seems that by tomorrow night we will have everything ready." she stated and they all seemed to smile.
"you have to hand it to Clary. This is nothing she can't do." Ami said and they all agreed before heading to bed. Mark and ami stayed outside their doors for a moment. "You think they suspect anything?"
