Plane Ride Home...

So Colby and I are finally on the plane after we ate lunch and all that. I say in my seat, Colby is a few rows back on the opposite side as me. I'm in the window seat so I can take a few pictures of the outside and Colby is in the outside seat.

After I got to my seat I turned my head and looked at Colby. And he gave me a thumbs up. I did the same and smiled.
I finally got situated and a flight attendant came and asked me and the man sitting next to me if we needed anything to drink or wanted peanuts.
"Um, do you have water?" I asked.
"Yes ma'am. Is that all?" She asked me back.
"Yes ma'am. Thank you!" I smiled and thanked her.
I took a sip of the water but I felt kind of weird. I don't know how to understand is. Just the feeling in the pit of my stomach came back but I'm pretty sure it was just the airplane taking off. Not really sure.
The guy next to me seemed weird. He had a hat covering his face and a large jacket on. I texted Colby and told him about the guy. Colby seemed a little worried and asked if I wanted come sit by him or him sit by me but I said I'd be fine.

I soon fell asleep and woke up to some turbulence. This is normal for a plane though. I checked the time and we only have 2 more hours until we land. I decided to get up and go to the restroom and stretch and all that. As I got up though, that feeling came back in my stomach and I felt someone staring at me. Colby was sound asleep so it couldn't be him. I looked to the guy that sits next to me when I was in the isle and he turned his head back. I was still standing next to him. Something seemed really off about him. As I walked away I could feel him staring at me. I didn't really want to go back to my seat so I made small talk with a flight attendant. When our conversation I had to go back to my seat.
When I got to my seat the man was still sadly sitting there. I tried to get back into my seat and the man grabbed my waist to help me get across him to my seat and I felt really awkward. I looked back at Colby again and he was waking up and looked at me. I half smiled and Colby smiled. Colby could tell I was uncomfortable and he texted me.
C: what's wrong??
K: nothing, the man I'm sitting next to is just really weird and grabbed my waist when I was trying to sit down.
C: talk to him or something. See if he's a creep or just extra friendly.
K: ok I'll text you back on what he says.
I put my phone down and tapped the guy's shoulder. He didn't look at me but he said,
"Yes?" That voice sounds so familiar. The feeling in my stomach is really hurting now.
"I'm, how are you?" I asked.
"I'm great.. how about you honey?" He answered.
"I'm good..do I know you? You sound really familiar haha." I nervously said.
"What's your name pretty lady?" He avoided the question.
"Um..Kenzie. Do I know you, sir?" I asked again.
"That's a pretty name." He said, stil avoiding the question and not looking up still.
"Sir." I said firmly.
"What, Kenzie?" He asked.
"Who are you..?" I asked hesitantly.
He looked up and my heart sank...
"Jam-" he covered my mouth. I ripped it off of me.
"Shut up you ugly piece of crap." He said putting his hands around my neck.
I didn't know what to do..I tried to get someone's attention but the flight attendants were looking the other way helping someone, Colby was looking at his phone, and everyone around us were either on their phones with headphones or asleep.
His grip got harder.
"J-j-James..stop." I managed to breath out.
"Shut up."
"COLB-" I tried to yell but James slapped me with his other hand.
Colby looks up and sees me crying and gets up. James still isn't letting go of my neck. The flight attendant came to Colby and told him to sit down since the plane was landing soon. He tried to explain what was going on. James stops choking me as the flight attendant comes to check on us.
I quickly get up and James grabs me and tried to sit me back down but couldn't, luckily. I was crying and just ran to the bathroom and sat in the floor.
Crying.
I want off this plane. But we don't land for like 15 more minutes. I heard a knock on the door and I think it was Colby.
"Kenzie?" Someone asks.
"Y-yes." I tried to sound like I'm not crying.
"Let me in." The person asked.
"Who is it..?"
"It's Colby."
"I'll come o your seat soon, ok?" I said.
"Come now." He said demandingly.
That's not Colby, it's James.
I stepped outside because the flight attendants were out there too so he wouldn't do anything. I started to walk to the flight attendants then James grabbed my arm and Colby came up behind me. We went and talked to the flight attendants but they clearly didn't believe us and told us to sit down for landing. I began to cry slightly again. Why do they not believe us? I don't know. Colby hugged me and we went back to our seats. I went with Colby though. I looked over to where I was sitting but James was gone. There really isn't anything we can do since we are on an airplane. Colby just held me until it was time to get off the plane.

As we got off the plane, I texted Zach. I made sure to tell him I'm ok. I'm just glad to finally be back home.
We we t and got Colby's car and drive home.
When got to Colby's house, some of the roommates said hi and all that but I didn't speak and I kept my head down so they wouldn't see my red eyes and bags under my eyes from crying. I went up to Colby's room and I assume Colby told everyone what happened and all that because Elton and Aaron came up to his room. They came in when I was sitting with my knees hugged to my chest in the floor and my head down.
"Kenzie..?" Aaron asked.
They walked over and I was shaking so Aaron put his hoodie on me.
"You know Colby never meant for anything like that to happen right? He loves you. A lot." Elton said to me.
"Yeah he really does..he's a hot mess downstairs. Sams trying to calm him down. Corey and Devyn went out earlier tonight. They'll be back in a few hours I'm sure." Aaron told me.
"Mhm." I said.
"We all love you, Kenzie. And we are here for you you know?" Elton said.
"Yeah." I said simply.
"But really you should go talk to Colby..he's really shaken up." Aaron said.
"I will." I said.
"Ok." Elton said.
"Stand up and give me a hug. I know you can get through this. He couldn't have gone far. The police were called and I'm positive they'll find him." Aaron assured me.
I stood up and gave Aaron and huge hug. I did the same with Elton. They are like my brothers. I love them.
"Thank y'all." I said and we walked downstairs.
Colby was in the game room sitting down with his elbows on his knees and his head in his hands. I don't like seeing him cry or upset and he's both right now..because of me. I'm such a screw up.
"Colby.. I'm sorry." I said standing in front of him.
He quickly stood up and hugged me tightly.
"Don't be." He told me.
"I love you Colby."
"I love you Kenzie."
