'Great.' She thought 'A friend.' Don't get me wrong, she was glad to have a friend, but she didn't want to hurt her. That's what always seemed to happen anyways. Whenever she made a friend, something would always happen to tear them apart. She had finally given up, and stopped trying, but this one came to her. She didn't try. It just...happened. There was something about the girl that Thalia liked, but she did not quite know what it was. She knew, however, that she could not get too attached to this girl. No friends stayed. Ever. She was used to it. It didn't really phase her in the past, but the thought of possibly loosing this person that she had only just met, tugged a bit at her heartstrings. She had just met her, yet already felt some sort of connection to her. But she wouldn't think about it. She couldn't.

She reclined back in her chair and turned away from the girl. There was something about her...a certain... je ne sais pas. Whatever it was, it made her both curious and...attracted? Yes, that's the word. It made her strangely attracted to the girl. She found her features distracting. She shook her head. She couldn't do this to herself. She couldn't be attracted to someone who she knew would never like her. Apparently that Reyna had seen her shake her head. "What's wrong?" She asked. She felt a small bit of blush spread across her cheeks, and then suppressed it before turning to her. "Oh, nothing, just was thinking of some things that made no sense." That was no lie. She laughed nervously and ran a hand through her hair. Reyna laughed and tucked a piece of hair that had fallen out of her braid behind her ear. A little gesture Thalia found cute. What was happening to her? She had never felt this way toward anyone. It was a feeling that was new to her, and she didn't quite know how to handle it. "I know that feeling." She said and laughed again, but softer, with more femininity. Thalia laughed along with her as her heart did a little leap. "Yeah..." Their conversation was cut off by the bell and Thalia stood. "Well, I hope to see you around." She smiled faintly. Reyna returned the smile and she nodded. "Yes, definitely." Thalia nodded and walked out of the classroom with feelings of contentment, dread, and...other feelings.
