Nicholas :

I put Tia in her highchair and she started screaming and whining looking at me. "Whaaat?" I asked sitting next to her and she grabbed my shirt with her little hands pulling me towards her reaching her little arms out.

I laughed taking her out the highchair sitting her in my lap.

"Look who spoiled you." Cassandra said laughing stirring the pot. I kissed Tia's forehead and joined Cassandra at the island.

"Whatcha' doin baby?" I asked popping her thigh and she jumped a little. I noticed she was looking at the computer screen. It was some modeling website called, Shawn's Closet.

"I recently got a message from this photographer named Shawn. He told me he found that I was very beautiful and sexy and he has the suggestion to doo let me model with him! Isn't this great?!" She squealed and I furrowed my eyesbrows.

How is she planning on being a damn model when she pregnant?!

"Cassandra , look down at your stomach.." She looked down and shrugged then looked back at me. "Baby girl you pregnant. You not about to be no pregnant model out there wearing small ass clothes. Hell nah." I said and Tia played with my nose.

Cassandra laughed, "Baby I know that. I wouldn't allow myself to do that anyways. It's just something I can go straight into after I have him or her."

I shook my head.

"Maybe you'll have to find another job." I said walking to the front and walked around the driveway with Tia.

Ain't nothing wrong with Cassandra wanting to be a future model but she got a long way before she talking about being some model.

But when she do, all hell gon' break loose. That's my baby. She sexy and curvy.

Niggas loves sexy curvy women and ima make sure no nigga try to get with her. Not even Jacquees ugly ass.

I walked to the front porch going sit.

POW POW POW!

I hid behind the car covering Tia and she screamed and started crying.

I know baby girl was probably scared. Shit I am too and the moment. I looked up seeing a grey charger pulling off.

I waited about 3 minutes before running back into the house. Cassandra ran into my arms hugging me tightly.

My heart was beating fastly and Tia was still crying.

"Omg what the hell was that?!" She yelled looking out the window.

I shrugged shaking my head giving her Tia so that I could calm down a little.

"Some niggas just tried killing me..." I said sitting on the couch and grabbed my phone beginning to call up Kingston.

Cassandra :

I kissed Tia's forehead holding her close to me. I would call her parents and everything but no one we injured, thankfully. And I don't want to ruin their evening.

I was just in the house finishing up the food when I heard gunshots. I immediately dropped down to the floor then I heard Tia scream and I ran to the window.

I didn't see Nic nor Tia and so I begin to worry. I just seen the grey charger. The car looked familiar though.

It isn't Jacquees's car if you was thinking that too.

I looked over at Nicholas and seen him on his phone.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Finna call Kingston." He answered putting the phone to his ear.

I jecked the phone out his hand hanging up.

"You don't need to call him! No one was injured. Let them enjoy their evening and when they come get Tia , we'll tell them. For now , just call the cops." I said handing him his cell phone.

He sighed

"Alright fine. I'm just happy she's safe. I would've got hit for her ," He said looking at Tia and she sniffed looking at him.

"DaDa.." She said reaching for Nicholas and I gave her to him.

Sometimes Tia calls Nicholas DaDa. Probably because Nic and Kingston look so much alike. Nicholas doesn't mind though. I find it adorable too.

He took her holding her close to him with the phone to his ear and rubbed her back.

"I'll go finish dinner." I said getting up. "Let me know when the cops get here.."
