Later That Night..

{ Nicholas }

I was checking on the food when the doorbell rung. I turned the stove down opening the door seeing my mom and dad with the kids. 

My mom was holding Aiden and my dad was holding Malaya's seat. "Wassup guys ," I said letting them in the house.

As soon as my dad put Malaya's seat on the floor, she started crying. I laughed a little taking her out the seat kissing her and she stopped crying snuggling in my arms.

"She's such a daddy's girl. " My mom said laughing kissing Malaya's forehead. "Bye bye baby. I love you so much. "

Malaya smiled then yawned and they kissed Aiden.

" Nic where's Cassandra? " My dad asked.

" Upstairs sleeping. She took a nap and was hella tired. She should be getting up in a few or I'll just wake her. "I said looking at the time.

They nodded then walked towards the door. I locked it behind them with my free hand and then turned back walking upstairs.

" Mommyyy!! " Aiden yelled following me and I laughed.

Malaya yawned again and she looked at me.

" You miss Dada? " I asked her and she smiled widely and screamed. I'll take that as a yes.

We walked in the bedroom and I turned on the lamp.

" Mommy , Mommy , Mommy get upp!! " Aiden yelled jumping on the bed.

Cassandra sat up sighing and putting strains of hair behind her ear. " Mommy was sleeping baby. " she said yawning and kissed Aiden. " Hi my babyy! " she exclaimed taking Malaya from me and started playing with her.

I grinned a little taking a picture and then went downstairs. Of course Aiden had to follow me. Lol

" Nic , I hungey .." he said looking in the pantry. I picked him to resting him on my forearm.

" What you wanna eat buddy? " I asked.

He pointed to the Cheetos puffs. Knowing be isn't suppose to have a snack before dinner, I grabbed the bag. It wasn't my rules, obviously it was Cassandra's.

Plus, it's his favorite chips.

" Who's that for? " Cassandra asked coming out of no where scaring Aiden and I both.

" Us, " I answered.

" No. Aiden you know I don't allow you to get a snack before dinner, " She said cradling Laya.

" Mommyyy! " He whined flopping on the floor and started kicking his legs.

" Boy get up before you be in time out. " She fussed. I laughed as he pouted walking out the kitchen. 

" Toddlers, I tell ya. " I said putting the bag back and proceeded to cooking.

" Don't blame that on my baby. Your the adult and you know how the rules are, but you never follow them.  He looks up to you and do whatever you do so when you don't listen, he doesn't listen. " she said and I shrugged.

" He's a boy, he's going to do that. Hell and he not even old enough to make his own choices. Calm down ma. " I said adding seasoning to the food.

I heard her mumble something but I just shook it off. I sighed shaking my head.

This arguing shit has to stop.

Aiden is not stupid. Neither is fucking Nicholas. He knows my son looks up to him since he's like his dad when Jacquees isn't around.

I don't have time for his smartness so I'm just going to go back upstairs with Malaya and stay out of Nicholas's way.

Cause honestly, he's pissing me off and I'm close to just fucking snapping on him.

When I got to our bedroom, I laid Malaya on her pillow as she looks around and called Bev on FaceTime.

She didn't answer, not surprised. Probably busy fucking Lance. I then went to Gabby's contact Facetiming her.

" Hey .. " She said answering the call.

Great, Now I have someone to talk to.
