68 { Malaya's Birthday }

Hours Later..

"One more time come on, a good one!" The doctor yelled and Cassandra scremaed pushing again.

"Come on baby you got it." I said kissing her forehead. She was really squeezing the hell out my hand. I looked down there and seen Malaya's head.

"Keep going Keep going!" The nurse yelled rubbing Cassandra's leg.

"UGGGH!! BITCH GET YOUR DIRTY ASS HAND OFF OF ME!" Cassandra at her and she quickly removed her hand her Cass's leg. I bust out laughing.

"One more time, come on you got this."

"OMGGG THIS HURTS SOO BADD!!!" She scremaed and started pushing again.

Little Malaya's cries filled the room and everyone aweed.

"Mr. Smith, would you like to cut the cord?" I nodded taking the scissors and cut the cord. I smiled wiping a tear from my eye as they cleaned Malaya up.

"You did it baby. I'm so proud of you." My mom said in my ear before kissing my cheek. I sniffed walking over to Cassandra and kissed her lips.

"I love you so much." I said.

"I love you too." She said back and the nurses took Malaya somewhere out the room while the others cleaned Cassandra up.

"Mama can you go call everyone else?" I asked her as she nodded getting up and walking out the room.

"What time is it?" Cassandra asked. I looked at my Apple watch.

"2:45 in the morning. Laya was born at 2:45." I answered and she sighed closing her legs and resting them.

"Okay here's the birth certificate. When your done, just put it right there on the counter." The nurse said handing me the paper and walked out.

After signing Malaya's birth certificate, I put it on the counter like she said.

The door opened and Beverly, my mom, my dad, Kingston, Trinity, and Gabby all walked in quietly.

"Where's the babyy?" Gabby asked hugging Cass.

"Getting cleaned. She big too. Weighing 6 pounds."

"That's not that big. At least she's healthy that's all that matters." She said. I got up walking to the corner by Kingston.

"You a father bro. Can't believe my little  brother growing up on me!" Kingston faked cried and everyone laughed.

"I'm proud of you son. I know your going to be the best father ever." My dad said shaking my hand. "You take care of your family and never ever, let anyone come between you and your family. You hear me boy?"

"Yes sir." I responded. He nodded.

"Here King, take Trinity. I have to get going to work. Baby.." my dad walked off to my mom.

I sighed sitting back in the bed with Cassandra.

"I never thought we would be back here again. So fast.." Beverley told Cassandra and they both laughed.

"Well, I'm happy I am. I can't wait to see her." Cassandra said.

"Me too. But you can't go home until tomorrow since you took that epidural." I reminded her and she groaned.

"Will you get me food at least?" She asked me.

"Yes I will." I said pecking her lips.

"Aw stop! You guys are soo cutee!!" Gabby said.

"Acting like we not," Kingston said smacking Gabby on the ass catching her off guard. She jumped and everyone laughed.

The door opened and a nurse walked in backwards.

"Here's Malaya Carol Smith.." She said with joy and another nurse came inside holding our daughter.

"Omgg.." My mom said softly following them to the bed.

She handed Malaya to Cassandra and Cassandra instantly started crying.

"Damn sis. At least hold her." Beverley said and Gabby playfully smacked her arm.

"Hi babyyy!" Cass said softly kissing Laya's hand. She was beautiful. Our little angel was beautiful. Her eyes was open and they were my grandma's eye color. A green hazelish color. "Here babe." Cassandra said and I carefully took her.

"Keep her head protected because babies have that soft spot on their head for their skull." My mom said stabding above me.

I kissed Laya'a forehead.

"Welcome home baby girl." I said and she stared at me. Even though she can't see anything right now, she can recognize her daddy's voice. "I'm your daddy and I promise to take care of you, your mommy, and your big brother forever and I love you so much. I'm so glad your finally home and I can't wait to spoil you." I said kissing her again.

"Awee, did you get that?!" Gabby asked Kingston and he nodded turning his phone off. I laughed shaking my head.

"Let me see my grandbaby now." My mom said and my dad was behind her. I looked back at Cassandra seeing her crying.

I scooted back in the bed laying her head on me and wrapped my arm around her.

"What you crying for?" I asked laughing.

"Because that was so beautiful." She answered and I laughed again kissing her forehead. "It was the truth as well."

Now that Laya's here, my life is complete. I have my daughter, we have our beautiful home, got money coming through the doors, opening up new doors and all.

I love my life and I love the person that I'm with. I couldn't ask for any other woman.
