Chapter 23

Aiden's POV

After a week had passed, we finally had our house packed up. Jackson and both of our dads were staying behind to get the pack all ready to leave and to have our good warlock friend lock down the pack land so no one can get in unless they are a part of our pack or if their mate is in the pack and they aren't apart of our pack. Some Family asked to stay behind to keep the pack land safe and to make sure it stayed as beautiful as it was, these were couples who weren't old but all of their kids are out of the house and mated, I agreed to this and gave them all emergency phones that will contact me if they're in danger.

Everly was not too happy with the move, she didn't want to see those people again after they caused her to stress out and piss her off. we went to the doctor to find out that if she gets even more stressed or pissed again she will cause a lot of harm to the baby. I had to keep her calm and made sure if she wanted something packed a certain way then it was going to happen that way just so I wouldn't piss her off, I would get frustrated a lot but if it made her happy and calm I would do it every day for her.

We finally got the truck and car packed up, Everly was tired because the baby kept moving around and keeping her up last night, she ran to the bathroom many times to throw up as well. Her belly was getting bigger and bigger. She kept saying she was getting to fat but to me she looked beautiful she was carrying our baby, a baby we made from love, and a baby that will be loved till the day we pass on to be with the moon goddess.

Speaking of the moon goddess, she has been very helpful this week in keeping Everly calm, she would make her pass out again when she was stressed and take her to a place in her mind to calm her down. It has been very helpful at times, when she back she would be smiling and calm, she was never allowed to tell me what happened. She said it was her the moon goddesses special little secret. I accepted that and was just happy with the fact that she was happy.

"Aiden do we have to go? Those people are just going to try and make us follow their rules, and if they do I will kill one or all of them they really don't understand the fact that you don't piss off a pregnant woman, especially a pregnant hybrid!"

"If you do not calm down right now! I will ground you until you give birth young lady!" Emilia yelled at her daughter. "It will be okay, as long as you have all of us it will be okay, and you can wait till after the baby is born to kill one of them. You have only 5 weeks left before you are due, you will okay." Emilia kissed Everly's head and go in to the car with her.

"I promise baby everything will be okay. Once you we have our baby nothing will be able to stop you from killing them."

"I love how everyone is talking about killing people, like we are talking the weather, like it means nothing and it's a normal thing." Jackson came up beside me.

"Okay you have a point their." I say to him. "Also on the other hand we are hybrids we were created to basically kill."

You mean protect young Aiden. The moon goddesses' voice hit my head. Everly heard it to by the expression on her face. Whenever she pops in our heads together at once, we have a little pain.

"Let's get going guys." I get into the car next to Everly. She rests her head on my shoulder, and intertwined her hand with mine. "I promise everything will be okay."

"I know." I kiss her head. And close my eyes not wanting to leave the only home I have ever known, for a home that I have a feeling is going to bring a lot of trouble.

7 hours later..........

"Aiden, we are here." Everly shakes me a little waking me up. I rub my eyes and try to stretch as best as I can. Looking out the window, my breathe was taken away at the scenery. In the middle of all of it was a huge castle, with iron gates that were almost as tall as the castle. "Ok, its official we are royals." I couldn't help but laugh at her. We stopped at the gates, and waited for the guards to let us in.

Passing through the gates I could feel myself surging with power. I felt like nothing in this world could stop me, like I was invincible. I also felt at peace, and happy, it's like there has been a hole I didn't know was there, that was just filled from going through the gates. It was all magical I guess you could say, and then I saw who was waiting at the doors for us.

"Here we go again." The car stopped and they looked at us. I got out first and then helped Everly out.

"Hello, High King Aiden, and High Queen Everly." Thomas said with a fake smile. "We have much to discuss with you tonight. High King please meet you Royal Beta and Gamma- "

"I have a Beta and Gamma, I have told you this. If I have to tell you again, there will be consequences." I said it with a power I have never felt before. Thomas shut his mouth and nodded his head dismissing the two men.

"Well let's get right to it then." Thomas moved his arm and two people walked forward dressed to the nines in expensive clothes. One was a woman who was staring at me lustfully and the other was a man staring at Everly. Everly didn't notice sense she kept her head turned towards me. "This is Bianca, and Louis, they are your consorts."

"I'm sorry our what?" Everly turned her head and spoke to Thomas. He smiled at her, making me feel uneasy.

"They are your consorts, wolves that will fulfill your sexual needs, the king and queen are not a loud to have that kind of interaction while they rule. It is forbidden, this keeps the queen from having any more heirs, so there is no competition."

"JACKSON!!" My voice echoed as a screamed his name scaring everyone but Everly. Jackson stepped next to me with two guards. "I want those two off my land. And if they ever step foot here again. I want them killed."

"Baby, you can't do this." The women dared to call me that. She walked closer to me as she spoke. "I have been prepared sense birth to please you. You don't need her anymore you have-" I grabbed her throat before she could finish and ripped out her vocal cords killing her instantly.

"I want every single one of you in my office now. Or I will kill every single one of you." My anger was boiling through the roof. I grabbed Everly and shoved past all of them and into the castle.

They are in for one hell of a ride.
