Happy Reformation Day

It has been 500 years since Martin Luther nailed the 95 theses to the church door is Wittenberg, Germany.

And his doing had started the Protestant Reformation! Which plays a huge part into my church, as a Protestant church.

This was one brave man, who read the Bible and say that we were saved by grace, not works. And a bunch of other things that papal leaders did in the Catholic church that was not in accord with the Bible.

I still can't believe it has been 500 years since Protestantism came into the picture. Not only that he made way for many reformers, Huss, Calvin, ect who found much more in the Bible and acted on it, while speaking out.

I will always be a Protestant and what we stand for according to the Bible, which is Christianity today!

I was going to write up a whole thing about him, I will do it, but later when I have time.

But yeah, I'm super happy about today and what it means for me as a Christian!
