"But I have to fly with the chickens!!" I exclaimed flailing my arms all about.
"Victoria, chickens can't fly, now stop moving around and take those boogie boards off your arms!" Cyrus yelled while chasing me.
"I'm coming little chickens!" I awkwardly hobbled and jumped around trying to take flight. In one swift swoop, Cyrus had his arm around my waist and begun to drag me away from the ledge of the building. I pouted while he kept dragging me back into his apartment.
"What's gotten into you?" Cyrus questioned with his hand on his hip.
I scratched my head and smiled sheepishly "Cluck cluck?" I giggled.
He gave me a deadpan expression then raised one eye-brow.
"Alright!" I threw my hands up, "It's boring here okay? Absolutely NOTHING goes on here." I sighed plopping down onto his couch.
"Tori, you have money, you can do anything with money." he explained.
'He was right, My parents were both doctors so money wasn't a problem. I just have no idea what to do.'
Then it hit me.
"Eureka!" I shouted taking a Captain Morgan stance on the couch.
"What is it? And can you get off the couch like that?" he said smacking my thigh.
I hopped onto the kitchen counter keeping my stance," I'll tell you later young fellow!" I said in a manly tone.
Cyrus rolled his eyes, "Whatever, just get off the counter."
I tipped my imaginary hat to him, leaped off the counter and headed for home. Ever since I'd moved to America 2 years ago from Korea I'd hated it. I'd stopped speaking Korean upon moving here, only using it at home and even used an American name, instead of going by Yoona. Cyrus was the only friend I'd made when I first enrolled into South Wake High.
Compared to Korea, it was boring to me. I missed all my friends. Especially Jae-Hwa oppa. Jae-Hwa was the first boy I'd ever fallen in love with. I met him when I was about 3 years old. We ending up growing up together, going to school, hanging out until my parents told me we were moving. The only thing I have from him is a bracelet with a tiny silver key attached to it. I haven't seen nor heard from him since they day I left. I wanted to find him desperately.
