"This has to be important!!" I yelled after I picked up the call.

"Oh, chill Valdez!" Ara and then she chuckled.

"What do you want Victonara?!" I checked the clock on my side table "And its just almost 6 fucking am!"

"Hahaha So you forgot na we have an event at 8 am and ang call time ng team ay 6 am" She responded while still laughing

"Fuck Valdez." How could I even forget about it? Im soo doomed!

"I see Hahaha I know Ly. You're doomed. So you better move fast and get your ass here or malalagot ka kay Miss Menchie, President Valdez Hahaha" Ara

Si Miss Menchie ang matandang Dalaga na Director ng Student Affairs. Ayaw nun ng tardiness, marumi na kapaligiran. Basta! Typical na matandang babaeng pinaglihi sa sama ng loob.

"Fuck you, Ara but thanks for waking me up" I dropped the call and sprinted to the bath room.

Pagkatapos kong naligo, I fixed up. Simpleng jeans, official student government shirt namen, white sneakers and my cap na may A na naka embroided.

I am Alyssa Valdez, 20 years Old. Im the only daughter in the Family. I have an older brother si Kuya Nicko. He's not here because nasa law school na yun and he didn't liked being in this country so nasa London siya. My father is Ruel and Lita Valdez. My father does business on construction firms, shipping lines an soon sa airlines naman while my mom is on hotels and cafès like bake shops and stuff like that but her main is our Clothing Line. As for me, Im still 4th year College taking up Business Management (Yes, you heard it. Since my Kuya is working his brains to be a lawyer, I had to take up business course but in my defense, I liked it naman!) and at this moment unfortunately President din ako ng Student Council ng Stanford University

I picked up my car key and rushed my way downstairs. Gahd its 6:30 na!!!

I found mom na paakyat. Baka gigisingin ako neto. "Mom, I have to go. Menchie Problems!" I kissed her and lumabas na ako ng bahay. "Drive safely Alyssa!" I heard her yelling and I just chuckled. Of course, my lovely mother being herself.

I quickly hopped in to my black camaro. I have this fascination with cars like this and I got this just yesterday. This is my first ride with Camo to our university! I named it camo by the way. Wala trip ko lang Hahaha Bakit ba?

I sped off to our university which is 20 minutes away from our house. Buti na lang at walang traffic. Its saturday din naman and I hate traffic by the way.

6:50 am

Shoot! I just got here in the parking area and I called Ara.

"Hoy, Valdez! Bilisan mo! Di pa dumarating si Menchie!" Pasigaw na sabi nito.

"Andito na ako. Papunta ng gym! Tantado di mo kelangan sumigaw!" Tumakbo na akong gym bago ibinaba ang tawag. Gagong Victonara na yun. Quota na sa kakasigaw sakin yun ha.

Nakarating na ako ng gym. May event kase kame ngayon. Its a film festival and ang school ang maghohost. 3 days rin yung takbo ng event. I liked the idea since mahilig ako sa films produced by Pinoys and pass time ko rin ang photography. In short, mahilig ako sa mga ganung klaseng art.

I saw Ara and the rest of the group. I glared at her. Naalala ko ang pagsigaw ng babaeng ito. Nag-peace sign lang to sakin and nung nakalapit na ako, babatukan ko sana kaso umilag agad.
