I put my stuff in the house and went back outside, walking towards the woods I had planned to explore. It took me a few minutes to get to the forest since it was a little ways away but I eventually got there. I took a deep breath and walked into the forest. It was pretty dark for a normal forest, the trees rustled as birds chased each other happily in the trees. I couldn't help but stare in awe at the beautiful forest around me. But, the awe quickly turned into a shiver of fear when I heard very faintly the howl of a wolf. A rabbit popped out of a bush, turning to stare at me for a moment before bounding off. I smiled a little as it bolted off. "I want to be here forever."

I explored for a while, walking deeper into the woods. A falcon about flew in front of me and I tumbled back to avoid it. The creature curved again, diving at me. I quickly rolled sideways and it collided into the ground. "THERE YOU ARE, YOU LITTLE BIRDIE," roared a loud voice. Before I could process what was happening the falcon and whatever else was there was gone, into the shadows.

What did I just see?  I laid there for a moment, staring at the sun above. I could hear hooves tapping the forest floor and when I looked I saw a deer, it's light brown fur shimmering in the sunlight. It looked very normal until a wolf walked right next to the deer, as if they were always at peace. In the matter of a moment now there was a bear next to them with a falcon on a tree behind them all. The rabbit I saw before was sitting by the bear. The moment that scared me the most was the purring I heard in my ear. I was frozen. Unable to move. I was about to run when the deer walked forward, and we met eyes. The wolf growled at me and a moved back a little but I fell into someone's arms. Everything then went dark but before I heard someone. "Sleep, I won't let them hurt you. I will protect  you."

When I regained my sight I was laying in a moss bed. I could hear voices close so I kept my eyes closed. "Well you shouldn't have scared her to death! She was just being curious is that to much for you?"

"Of course it isn't! It's not my fault everyone thought she was getting too close!"

"YOU COULD HAVE AT LEAST TALKED TO HER!" The voice shouted loudly, as if he wanted me to wake up.

"Guys! That's enough! Your bickering is more annoying than grizzly when he chases me around the forest!" Said someone she recognized quite well. Destiny. My mind screamed to run and hide before any of the, could catch me but then I felt a hand on my side and I realized I was shaking with fear.

"Shh.....," a voice said as he rubbed his hand along my side for comfort. I was glad they didn't know I was awake. I wanted to be scared at whoever was next to me. I should be scared of whoever was next to me but whoever was there was calming me. Then I realized who was there. It was Luke.

"Maybe that stupid hawk shouldn't dive at a random person while acting like a child with a grizzly!" Luke said while a growl like hiss was raising in his throat that only she could hear.

"We weren't acting like a child! Is being a teenager every once and a while ok?" Said a rough, strong voice. Grizzly. I decided in my mind.

"Shut up while you still can, fuzz ball."

"I thought she was Destiny. I didn't mean to dive at HER!" James shouted over everyone. It took a lot of my strength not to jump up and run. Every word they said led me closer to knowing who they really were. They are monsters Luna. Listen to me, they are here to hunt you. They want to kill you. The voice in my head was overpowering. I shuddered, feeling Luke's hand on me again.

"Can you guys please be quiet?" Said Destiny, barley a small whisper. "Luna won't sleep long if you keep shouting."

There was a few sighs and Luke took his hand off of me, walking off. "We'll continue this outside."

Once I felt they all left I opened my eyes. Seeing no one I sat up, rubbing my head as I realized I had a headache. I looked around and realized I was in a large cave that had many chairs set up and a bunch of moss made bed like the one I was on. I stood up and went to the back of the cave to discover a small tunnel. I crawled in and it opened up to a beautiful set up. Crystal clear water flowed from an opening into a small hole on the floor. I couldn't help smile as I looked around.

"Beautiful, isn't it?"

I jumped at the voice, twisting to be face to face with Luke. He had a soft smile on his face.

"Just like you."

I was frozen, staring at him. Please don't tell me i'm blushing. He let out a sigh and I bolted towards the opening where the water was pouring out.

"HEY! WAIT!" I heard Luke shout behind me but I was already out of the opening and running. I raced along the forest as I heard footsteps behind me. He's gone into chase. I thought as I turned a corner, but then there was a giant panther behind me. I screamed and ran some more, bursting out of the woods and into a valley. I tripped and when I went to stand up the panther landed on me, forcing me back down. It lowered it head and sniffed me, purring lightly. Knife! A pocket knife is in your pocket! Grab it! I reached down obediently and grabbed the pocket knife but the panther stepped on my arm, holding it in placed. I let out another scream, trying to kick its underside.

"Luke!" I heard the shout behind me and the panther twisted to look back and we both stared as I realized it was Destiny. "Get off of her RIGHT NOW."

The panther huffed and jumped off, sitting next to me.

"And you told us to not scare her to death," Destiny huffed, walking up to me. I'm gonna die.
