In an undisclosed location, a single, white haired man stands surrounded by countless, dangerous Grimm. With his gauntlets at the ready, he beckons the Grimm to attack. The creatures of Grimm reply with dark snarls as they begin to creep towards their target. A hungry beowulf is the first to attack, leaping at its prey and being met by a heavy fist to the stomach, launching it through the air as it burns with a black flame until nothing remains.

[Zuri] "Next."

A group of Beowolves and Ursa come rushing forward, starving for the taste of anything they can get their paws on. As they leap towards the stoic man, he grabs ahold of one their faces and swings it around, slamming it into three other Grimm. Due to the force Zuri used as he swung the body, each Grimm hit dies on impact. An Ursa makes an attempt at grabbing the man, only for Zuri to respond in kind, testing each others strength as their hands interlock. The Ursa is clearly trying its hardest but Zuri's face simply shows boredom. He grips the creatures paws tighter and tighter, bringing the beast to its knees before bringing his foot up to the Grimm's chin, decapitating it in one swift motion.

The remainder of the Beowolves and Ursa back off. Even with their current levels of hunger, they realise that the being in front of them is not something they could ever hope to face. Taking over the attacking position, a group of Banshee surround the power hungry man. Their heads split in unison and a horrific screech is aimed at Zuri. Responding to the onslaught of sound, Zuri winces ever so slightly, as if the pain were a mere nuisance, and aims his fist towards the ground below him, shaking the earth and propelling the creatures slightly into the air. This gives the man enough time to slam his other fist into the ground and create a shockwave of malicious black wind that sends them all flying further into the air until evaporating.

The next attacker, a Blemmyes, takes this moment to leap at its assumedly tired prey, only to receive a powerful fist through its open mouth, punching through the other side and opening to reveal a ball of black flame that the man fires off, decimating the other Blemmyes that followed the lead of the first. Their screams fill Zuri's ears and bring a small smile to his face for less than a second before he throws the impaled Grimm to the ground beside him, it too, dissipating.

[Zuri] "They're all useless. I want a challenge."

Zuri gazes up towards a one-sided window. Behind it, his partner in crime Karmin, another woman with white hair and red eyes, as well as a small collection of scientists muttering about what to send in next.

[Karmin] "in this place, his power has no limits. It would be a waste of resources to send any more fodder his way."
[Scientist] "then what do you suggest Ma'am?"
[Karmin] "how about-"
[Woman] "please, allow me."
[Karmin] "are you sure about that Bella? He won't hesitate to kill you."
[Bella] "Thank you for the concern Ma'am, but I believe that, from what I have seen, I am more than a match for that man."
[Karmin] "if that is what you wish. I'll even add further incentive. If you can defeat or kill Zuri, feel free to replace him in all of our excursions to come."

The woman's face lights up at this information and she gains newfound drive to prove herself to her idol. With a smile on her face, she leaves the room to prepare for the battle to come.

[Scientist] "Are you sure this is such a good idea Ma'am? Like you said, he won't hesitate to kill her."
[Karmin] "if she wins then there's nothing to worry about. If not, we don't lose anything of value."

By this point in time, the woman from earlier has entered the arena. Her long, white hair drapes over her buttoned up, red and black coat and her long black jeans slightly cover her black and white boots. Now face to face with the currently shirtless, pale man in front of her, she draws her weapon. A flat side faces to the ground as large, black blades extend up either arms.
