i went to our shop early para matapos rin ako ng maaga. medyo napagod ako dahil dumami ang customers.

6pm ang out ko. nagpalit muna ako ng damit atska pumunta sa rooftop ng café. i saw Taehyung's message.

Taehyung—

i'm on my way.

hindi ko sya nireplyan. i sighed.

when will i achieve my happiness? my whole life's a mess. i really don't know what to do anymore.

"hey." lumingon ako. i saw him standing with his hands on his pocket.

"take a seat." i gestured him the chair infront of me.

"so.. what is it?" i asked.

"can we eat first?" he bore his eyes into me. i can see the sadness in his beautiful brown eyes.

"sabihin mo na sakin, Taehyung." he sighed.

"Tristan— i mean Taeyong, he's your ex right?" tumango ako.

"paano mo nalaman yung totoong pangalan nya?"

"well, his girlfriend— Jennie, is my half-sister." i remained serious kahit na gusto ko magreact. "Jennie likes Taeyong since they were in 5th grade. she likes him so much that she convinced our parents to make him marry her." he added.

"Taeyong refused at first because he really loves you. but his parents sold him to our family." my heart's beating like crazy. i don't know why. "they started dating pero ikaw parin ang bukambibig nya. that's why i made a move."

"i've been close to Jennie since we were young and all i want for her is the best." alam ko na to. tears started falling.

"when i met you on RRPH, that was a coincidence but when i saw your face and met you— if you can still remember, i'm the guy who stopped you from jumping off the hospital's rooftop— i knew that you were his girlfriend. and—" i cut him off.

"stop, i know what you're talking about. aalis na ako." i can't take this anymore. i was swayed too easily. tumayo ako ngunit hinigit nya ko para yakapin.

"let go." i said while crying.

"hear me out first. please, Rene." he put my head on his chest.

"after a month, the two were okay and i thought Taeyong fell inlove with Jennie. but he just used her money. she fooled Jennie for you." i can't believe this.

"that's not true. he looks so inlove with Jennie and i accepted that even though it hurts." i said while sobbing.

"i thought so too." he said. "Jennie wants you gone, that's why i entered the scene. don't get me wrong, my feelings for you were sincere since the beginning. trust me."

"now, i'm acting like this because Taeyong wants you back. he said that he'll fight for you even though family nya ang makakalaban nya."

"i felt scared and threatened kasi alam kong sya yung tunay mong mahal. ayokong mapunta ka sa iba."

"i'm doing this for you, not for my sister anymore." kumalas ako sa yakap nya.

"no, you're not doing this for me. you're doung this for yourself. kasi kung alam mong masaya ako kay Taeyong, you should let me go!" he was stunned by my words.

"i know i should be happy kasi mahal ako ni Taeyong, but i can't. hindi ko alam kung bakit. this is all your fault, you made me crazy inlove with you. kahit na sinasaktan mo ko, i'll always find myself running into you. it hurts so much but it hurts so good kasi ikaw ang may gawa. damn you, Taehyung. i hate you." pinaghahampas ko sya. i've never felt this feeling before.

"shh. i'm sorry. i really am." niyakap nya ko at pinakalma.

i will always forgive you.
