Maria and Eliza got married that August. It was soon, and they both admitted that, but they also knew they weren't getting any younger, and said to anyone who asked, "We're just making up for lost time." Lost time, not wasted time. Because before they were each other's love of their lives, they had important, wonderful things happen, too, and wouldn't trade them for the world. hey travelled the world before settling in London, and raising a daughter, who they named Margarita, or, as they called her, Peggy. She grew up to be an award-winning artist, and was adored by both her mothers.

John Laurens and Alexander Hamilton never did end up tying the knot, but that didn't matter much to them. John moved to Virginia to live with his partner in October. Years later, they adopted a little boy, Philip. Alex swore he looked just like his Papa, even though John reminded him every time that they weren't biologically related. Philip grew up to be doctor, and worked for years in the E.R.

Thomas graduated High School and moved on to a career in politics, dragging James Madison along with him to be his head of security and husband. They never ended up having any kids, but considered their various potted plants as their children. Later on in life, he ended up as President of the United States, causing incredible stress on James, who suddenly had a much larger role to play: keeping the President from saying something stupid and getting shot.

Laf opened a line of clothing with Hercules, and they moved to Paris after completing school, where they fostered four children. They became extremely successful and opened a charity for disadvantaged children and teens.

As you can imagine, family reunions were a riot.
