Lucifer was glad that her plan had worked so well. She knew that the blue haired girl was trusting, but not this much. Because like, who just invites random strangers from the street into their house at 2 in the morning?!
Anyway, after Zoe went to sleep taking Draco with her, Lucifer got comfortable, hugging Grace to her chest and trying to fall asleep. She tried to sleep, and managed it for a few hours before waking up at about 6:30.
She decided to be at least a decent house guest and make breakfast, recalling how Zoe had an early class. Even though she's Satan doesn't mean she's rude. So she made pancakes. Lucifer pulled on an apron and started mixing the batter, humming the whole time.
Zoe walked out about ten minutes later as Lucifer was putting the batter in a pan to cook. "I hope you don't mind that I made breakfast, I remembered you had a morning class and wanted you to make you breakfast. I hope you like it."
"Yeah, yeah, of course. And thank you! I haven't had a decent breakfast in... months, I think. I'll just go get changed for school and come back out to eat this. And Sam? Thank you. Really, thank you," Zoe said, and for some reason it made Lucifer's ears turn a light shade of pink. Her ears turned even darkened when she saw Zoe walk out of her room. She was wearing an AC/DC shirt, charcoal black blazer over that, dark blue skinny jeans and what appeared to be black leather riding boots. Draco was also wrapped around her left arm.
Zoe sat down at her rectangular counter top and started to eat the pancakes and bacon that Lucifer made. "You know Sam, I've been thinking about getting a roommate. If you don't have anywhere to go, would you maybe be my roommate?" She asked, hope flashing in her green and blue eyes.
Lucifer glanced at her and started chuckling. "I would love to, but aren't you being a little too trusting? I mean, you literally met me hours ago. You never know if I would murder you in your sleep. Who knows, I could be Satan herself and you wouldn't know."
"You could, but you aren't. I can read people very well. That's why I let you stay in my apartment and want you to continue. I mean, you're incredibly sexy and beautiful, but you're also a good person. I can tell by how much Draco likes you. He only likes people that are good and shit. So yeah, you're good and shit, I guess..." Zoe said, blushing and trailing off at the end.
"Like I said, I would love to, but I also don't think Grace would like it very much. She didn't seem too fond of Draco," Lucifer argued.
"I know, I know, but they could—OH FUCK! I HAVE TO GO! Could you maybe meet me at work during my shift at 1? We can talk about it then. I work at Fallen Angel bar, just so you know," Zoe said hurriedly, shouting the information over her shoulder at the end. Lucifer was so baffled that she could only nod, agreeing to what was happening.
After Zoe left the apartment, Lucifer decided to clean up the mess from breakfast, giving a few bits of bacon and pancake to Grace. She also decided to use the shower, guessing that since Zoe asked her to be roommates she wouldn't mind.
After Lucifer quickly showered and pulled on her clothes for the day (black leather pants, dark blue tank top, black leather jacket and her usual boots) and strode out of Zoe's apartment with Grace resting in her duffel bag.

Lucifer wandered around town for a while until about eleven before she got bored and started to try and find the bar where Zoe said she worked.
It was surprisingly hard to find, considering Lucifer had wandered quite far into the center of the town. After she finally found it, she got herself a seat at the counter and started to consume drink after drink.
Lucifer was really lucky that her organs didn't exactly work like a humans, because she would be dead ten times over from alcohol poisoning, she thought privately.
While drinking enough alcohol to knock a two hundred pound man unconscious, Lucifer watched the local news while she waited for Zoe to show up for her shift at 1.
When she finally did come, Lucifer was about to get cut off by the bartender. Because apparently downing 30 shots of something supposedly strong in under an hour was a bad idea. (Don't actually do this, you will die bc you are not Satan)
When Zoe walked in, she glanced at Lucifer and breathed what could only be described as a sigh of relief, most likely that she had actually come. Zoe gave Lucifer a gesture that probably meant that they would talk when she came out of the employee's only room.
When Zoe walked out of the room, Lucifer couldn't help but stare. Because I mean, hot damn. Zoe glanced over at her and noticed her stare, blushing a deep red, almost to the shade of her waistcoat. She scurried to the bar, attending to the other patrons and stopping to hear what the previous bartender had to say, probably something about not giving Lucifer any alcohol based on the look of horror on her face when she glanced at you.
After she finished giving refills and whatever else she needed to do, Zoe directed her attention to Lucifer, who never actually stopped staring at her. "So, did you think about it?"
"Yeah, and I think I probably will be your roommate. I just really hope I'm not intruding." When she glanced up, she noticed the shine of happiness in Zoe's eyes. Apparently, she actually really liked her. And not just because she was sexy as fuck, but because she was actually nice. Anyone that actually heard that and knew who Lucifer actually was would think the bartender was crazy, (mostly because she is) but she wouldn't care.
"Will you, Sam? Will you really?" Zoe asked, her eyes shining with joy. Lucifer was taken aback. Nobody had ever looked at her like that, most certainly not a pretty girl like Zoe. Lucifer nodded wordlessly before ordering a drink, only to be shot down harshly by Zoe. "No you most certainly cannot have a drink; you downed 30 shots in under an hour! How are you not dead yet?!"
"I just have a really good liver?" Lucifer replied unsurely.
"To hell you do," Zoe muttered as she served the person sitting a few stools down from where she sat. Lucifer just snorted into the glass of water that she held, it having been the only thing that they would give her. "More importantly, where's your cat?"
"Oh, she's in here. I can't let her wander around town at 2 in the afternoon, now can I? That's just mean. Oh! I'll be needing a key if I live in the apartment, right? Do you mind if I get a copy made now to save you the hassle?" Lucifer replied.
"Oh no, it's fine. I was given two keys when I moved into the place, but I didn't need them so I've been keeping them both on me." Zoe said in between mixing drinks. "Here, I'll give you one after my shift. It'll end at about 4."
Lucifer let out a sigh when she heard this, resigning herself to sitting in the same spot for 2 more hours, probably reading gay fanfic on her phone. She really loves her phone. She put some type of spell on it so that it never dies.
After reading many gay stories and going on Tumblr for a bit, it was finally time to leave. Zoe said one thing that seemed to resonate through the air: "Come on Sam, let's go home."
{Okay, so I may be a little late, but I'm tired as fuck, so that's why it gets a tad bit cracky towards the end. It's about 1,225 words, so yeah. Enjoy.
Ciao~~!}
