Chapter 3

*KENZIE'S POV*

I open the door and it's not Hayes it's Ashtown. She wondered if she could come to the party with me and hayes so I agreed on it.

"So, do you like Hayes, I know how you look at him he's cute if u don't take him I will girl" Ashtown was my stick it to the man girl, the ones who pushes you to your limit.

"Yeah but I know he doesn't like me be-" I got cut off by a knock on the door . I get up from my comfortable spot on couch and walk over to the door and Hayes is at the door.

"Hey you ready because you look ready to me" he said while walking in to my house

"Yeah is it ok if Ashtown tag along I told her it would be ok" I said while Ashtown waves hi.

"Yeah" I saw the sadness in his eye awwwwwww

*ASHTOWN POV*

When Kenzie was talking to hayes I could tell he liked her. alot. when we left the house I pulled hayes aside and talked to him about Kenzie and how I will beat the crap out of him if he breaks my lil sis heart, she like a lil sis but she's taller then me.

"So, do you like Kenzie" with curiosity in my eyes

"Yeah,I really do but I don't if she likes me too" he looked sad but I know what cheer him up telling him that she likes him too but I want him to figure that out so I played it off

"Yeah, I think so too but you should ask her out and figure out if she likes you too"

When we arrived at the Megan's house ,thank god she only lived 2 blocks away from Kenzie's house, we went though the house to the back yard where the pool and everyone else was. there was loud music and a lot of people.

*KENZIE'S POV*

Hayes and Ashtown were talking most if the walk to Megan's house. but when we got there Megan was in the pool so I went over to talk to her. when I got up I felt cold hands on my back then I realize Hayes just pushed me in the pool and I still had my clothes on. when I came up to take a breathe I see him laughing and then I gave him the evil eye, he gave me a hand to pull me out, but it just backfire and I pulled him in with me. I could see his beautiful face scrunched up underwater. I just stud there staring at him then he leaned in and kissed me right on the lips. it felt so perfect like me and him were the only ones in the planet. we broke apart so we can take breath from the water then swam away he chased after me then he caught me

"Hahah, you got me I surrender"

I said with my arm in the air

"Not until you answer my question?"

"Ok what is it"

"Will you be my girlfriend???"

"HELL YEAH OMG" I was so happy I could cry.

After everyone got out of the pool the party was over and I was pooped out. and we had to walk home. Ughghhhhhh.

"Come on Kenzie we have to go" hayes gave me pull on my arm and I would budge

"Unless you carry me" I said with sleep in my eyes.

"Fine" he picked me up bridal style and we left. Ashtown was goin to stay at Megan's for the night.

*HAYES POV*

When we were half way home Kenzie fell asleep in my arms. she looked even more cuter when she was sleeping. I knocked on her door and her sister opened it. I walked into her room and put her down on her bed she as dry so her bed wouldn't get wet. I kissed her forehead and left. when I got home was so tired I could just fall asleep when I walked in I did i plopped my body on the couch and fell asleep.
