After we parted ways with Nathan, who decided to return to his hotel room, we entered our office. It was soon after 4pm and the sun started to set, down behind the Grand Palace. Sakura decided to come over to discuss with Kataki anything she might have missed while studying in Los Tokyo Angeles. While they were talking I just closed myself in my room and went on discord.

"Anyone here?" I asked as I joined my voice chat.

"Ela! Long time no see, or no talk!" I heard Evie's cheerful voice.

"So how's The Kingdom of Khura'in heh?" Angela asked.

"Good, good, except there is slight possibility I *might* die under DC Act." I answered, trying to joke around that matter.

"WAIT WHAT?!" I suddenly heard Sam yell out as he joined the conversation.

"Long story..." I sweatdropped as I sat on my bed and leaned on the wall.

"DC Act, you mean Defence Culpability Act?" Angela asked as I simply 'mhm-ed' in response." And I take your mentor hid that fact from you?"

"What a dumbass!" Sam commented, hissing.

"I mean, how otherwise would he get an inexperienced, 16 year old to work for him? If he would tell her about that Act, she would just kick him or something!" Evie laughed.

"I guess." I shrugged.

"Soooo, what's his name?" Evie added, in really teasing voice.

"W-Who's name?!" I cried out, blushing a bit.

"The guy who took you here!"Evie clarified that, probably rolling her eyes behind her phone or laptop screen.

"O-Oh! Well... He's name is Kataki Oken and well... He has his own office..." I started but was, again, interrupted by Evie.

"How old is he?!"

"He's 17-"I answered, interrupted by this time Sam.

"17?! And he has his OWN OFFICE?!" He cried out, causing me to go deaf for a moment.

"Ela is everything alright?" I heard Sakura's voice from the living room.

"Everything is fine!" I yelled back, throwing my phone on bed as I looked around for my earphones, while my friends were arguing.

"Calm down Sam!" Angela scolded him.

"But seriously! 17 and has his own office?!"

I finally found them and plugged them in, making me able to hear the end of argument.

"It's Khura'in, they have their ways, we have our ways." Evie took Angela's side." Which reminds me of a great puzzle!"

"Evie no-" I heard Sam, as I adjusted my left earplug, object but she already started saying one of her 'famous', and by that I mean stolen from famous Professor Layton series, puzzles.

We casually chatted for next few minutes, dropping the subject of Kataki's office after I told them in what ruin it was in. I told them about my first trial, how we nearly died by Goldie, our encounter with Datz-without telling them that he and Kataki are with Defiant Dragons-About murder and theft in Royal Palace to which Angela started to get jealous, and all of those things.

"So, for a beginner in your craft, you already had quite the adventures..." Sam commented, still chuckling at the running joke of me slapping someone nearly every day."In my opinion, your story in Khura'in is book worthy."
