I woke up to a message from Chan;

From Chani: hey! I pretty much stayed up all night but I got it finished!

He sent a link along with the text so I clicked on it and it was one of my songs. It was incredible, he had even sung in it as a guide. I messaged him back telling him what I thought of it and that we could practice it properly at Lunch.

I quickly had a shower and got dressed, not having time to put makeup on as I was running late.

I sent a quick message to Chan;

To Chani: im running a bit late, would you be able to just stall the bus driver when he gets to mine??

From Chani: yeah, course, but I don't know how long for

I thanked him and dried my hair as best as I could. I slipped my shoes on and ran out the house to the bus stop.

To Chani: bus is here, Rin. Are you close?

I read it but just tried to run even faster. I got to the bus stop just as it was about to drive away an I saw Chan run to stop the doors from closing, standing in the middle of them. He grabbed my arm as I stepped onto the bus. The driver was yelling at us but we just laughed it off and I tried to slow down my breathing.

sorry, i feel like this story is moving so slow, but if you stay tuned for another few chapters then it'll hopefully get a lot better.
