First Year

Chapter 13

Hermione's P.O.V
Tonight was the night we were going to pull the huge crowd plan into action we can do it I believe in us.

"Guys we have to quickly get to dinner so we have something to eat before we go." I said to them all.

*time skip to after dinner*

Draco's P.O.V
We were walking up the stairs when they started to change they moved to the corridor that we needed them to change too. We went through the third floor corridor door and went to a huge wooden latched door. "Aloe homora," Hermione said and the door unlocked we came to see a huge dog with three heads.

"This must be fluffy," I said as i looked at its heads. The other five nodded in agreement. Blaise pulled out his enchanted flute and put a spell over it which I believed was tachi spedari. As soon as fluffy heard the music he went straight into a deep slumber. We saw the trap door underneath one of the humongous feet that belong to this hideous dog.   Theodore and Blaise hauled the foot off the trap door and we all jumped inside.

I screamed as I fell into the trapdoor but then I was met with a soft landing. The thing that I thought that was a soft landing was no ordinary soft landing it was moving and I was struggling to get out of it. It was consuming me it was a plant that was devouring me. The others had finally fallen down as well and pansy started screaming. "Guys just stay still and we will get out of this." They all stilled and I was the first one to fall out. I landed on my feet on some concrete and I could see a passage way the only passage way that was in this room. Well at least I think this is a room.

Blaise's P.O.V

We walked down the passage way to be met with a huge chess board with bigger pieces then the size of me. "Hermione, Draco you go on me Theo and Pansy will handle this. You too go on and do what needs to be done," I said to them Theo, pansy and I could handle this the other too need to figure out what is going on.

Hermione's P.O.V

Me and Draco slowly creeped past the chess board while Pansy, Theo and Blaise were playing as the missing pieces. We walked through another passageway to be met with a large room. That's when we heard three sets of footsteps come from behind us and we saw Blaise, Pansy and Theo all in one piece. "Well that was one of the easiest games of wizard chess I have ever played," Theo commented. I just laughed at him and kept looking around the large room. That's when I saw a mirror as I was walking up to it I heard a voice say "well done children didn't think you had it in you."

I turned around to come face to face with professor Quirrell. My eyes widened I was not expecting him to be here if any of the professors were going to be here I would most likely suspect professor Snape not professor Quirrell  out of all people. "What are you doing here?" I asked him. "Well I am looking for the philosophers stone the question is what are you doing here young lady," he asked while looking at me very inquisitively. "I am down here because I wanted to give potter the biggest surprise of his life," I said with complete distaste in my voice and an evil glint in my eye.

"Very well, I have something to show you then," he says. I become slightly scared as he unravels his turban to reveal a bold head. I look at him and he holds his finger up at me as if signalling for me to wait. He slowly turns around and I am met face to face with what looks like the face of  Voldemort. "What is that," I say slightly scared and slightly confused.

"That my dear is the dark lord," he says and it's as if I can hear the smirk in his voice. I gasp and my eyes instantly widen at his words. "That's right I am Voldemort may I ask who you are," the thing on the back of his head says to me. Draco walks over to me and professor Quirrell and says "I am Draco Malloy and this is Hermione Townsley." "Ahh to very important people to me in the future all I have to say is this Draco I am giving Professor Snape a task and if he doesn't complete it you are going to have to, I won't hurt you because I know that professor Snape will do something first before you step in alright," the figure on the back of professor Quirrells head says. "Yes my lord," Draco and I say in unison.

Blaise, Theo and Pansy come up to us and Theo asks him "Will we need to join your reign as well my lord." He looks at them and says "It depends are any of you in the sacred 28?" "Yes we are because I am Blaise Zabini, This is Theodore Nott and this is Pansy Parkinson," Blaise says. "Ahh all of your families are very loyal to me you guys will need to become my top death eaters in the future because there is no way my current ones are going to be able to do what they need to do for me," Voldemort says. "Hey," we all hear a voice say. I turn my head to see Potter walking through the passageway I start to freak out because he could have heard that whole conversation.

I started panicking he could have heard any of that. Professor Quirrell looked at me and said "no need to worry he wasn't standing there long." I instantly relaxed and walked towards potter with an evil glint in my eye. "Well well well if it isn't nosy potter and his clan of ugly ducklings." I said with a huge smirk on my face. He looked at me and frowned I walked up to the mirror and inspected it. I saw what I desired the most which was something I never expected.

I saw me and Draco holding hands with a small boy with platinum blonde hair and brown eyes in my arms and he looked at me through the mirror and I knew exactly what it was I had read about it. It was the mirror of erised it shows your greatest desires and I instantly thought what did I come down here for. I imagined that I was holding the philosophers stone in my hand. I opened my eyes and I saw myself in the mirror picking the philosophers stone out of my pocket and that's when I felt the pocket in my robe drop and I felt it. There just happened to be a stone in my pocket I smirked and turned around to see a professor Quirrell lying on the floor and a Harry Potter on the floor un-consious.

"Guys let's get out of here," I say to the only five people left standing in front of me. We ran through the passageway and around the chess board. Once we got to the plant that devoured us I found a loose vine and hoisted myself to the top . Once we were all on top of the the devouring plant that's what I like to call it I looked around for anything to get us back to the trap door. I was looking around and then it caught my eye there was a ladder going back up to the trap door.

As I was climbing up the ladder I could feel Draco on my heels. I reached the top of the ladder and I opened the huge trap door. To find a still sleeping fluffy and Blaise's flute was still making a sweet tune. I climbed out and the rest of them climbed out after me. We crept to the door and slowly opened and closed as soon as we got out.

While the rest went to bed Draco and I went to Dumbledores office to find him pacing around the room. "Ahh professor Dumbledore we need to talk to you about something ," I said to the old professor. He looked at me with his moon shaped spectacles "please explain ms Townsley."
