Chapter 16: Werewolf

We decided to go with Peter and Derek as they were our only left option to save Jackson anyway. I was still impatienlty  waiting for Stiles to text me back. We now entered an old house as Peter needed to get something. I then heard a phone as I realized it wasn't mine.

"Oh, they found Stiles." Scott smiled as I immediately lightened up.

"What? Really?" I asked.

"Yeah, he's safe."

"Look, I told you, I looked everywhere." Derek told his uncle as they caught up.

"You didn't look here." Peter removed one of the steps in the staircase. He then took something that looked like an old box.

"What is that, a book?" Derek asked as he looked at it.

"No. It's a laptop. What century are you living in?" Derek rolled his eyes as he then crossed his arms. "A few days after I got out of the coma, I transferred everything that we had. Fortunately the Argents aren't the only ones that keep records."

They continued to talk as Scott then got a call. He answered the phone as Isaac and I just stood there awkwardly.

It was Scott's mom that called to tell him that he needed to go to the hospital, asap. We, of course, came too as we just left Derek and Peter to look at their laptop.

We were in the hospital as we saw Jackson in a bodybag as there was some kind of transparent casing around him.

"What's happening to him?" Scott asked.

"I thought that you were gonna tell me. Is it bad?" Melissa replied, confused.

"It doesn't look good." Isaac added.

Jackson then moved as we all took a step back.

"Um, mom, could you zip it up, please?" Scott asked, not looking away from Jackson.

"Okay." She did as she was told as the zipper got stuck right by his head. His eyes turned as he started to hiss.

"Mom, zip." Scott commanded.

"Okay, okay." It worked as the bag was now closed again. Scott quickly took his phone to call Derek. Maybe he knew what was going on... He put the thing on speaker as he told Derek about what just happened.

"That's sounds officially terrifying." We could hear Peter on the background.

"They also said that he started to move." Derek explained to his uncle. He then muted the call for a second, probably to talk to Peter about it.

"Look, I think I found something, looks like what you're seeing from Jackson is just the kanima's bèta shape." Was the last thing that we heard from Peter.

We just waited as I heard my phone getting a text. I smiled as I realized it was Stiles.

Your twin is safe! No need to worry anymore :)

I smiled as I put my phone away again, because we could hear Derek again.

"Scott, bring him to us." Derek said, after a long time of waiting.

"I'm not sure if we have time for that." Scott said. The bag with Jackson started to move as we stepped back again.

"Scott, get him out of there now... Go now." Derek commanded.

Isaac and Scott were carrying him outside as I didn't want to even try getting close to it. It was then that we noticed a car stopping right in front of us. You'll never guess who stepped out of it... Allison's dad.
