"Why is she so angry with you?" Dax asked, while driving.
"She thinks that I knew he was cheating on her the whole entire time."
"She's been mad at you for months."
"My sister and I have never gotten along all that well. Ever since we were children she'd find reasons to get mad at me."
"Why?"
"We have different fathers. Her father died and then our mother met my father. He wasn't always a drunk, he didn't become that way until I was about eight. He always treated me better than Megan, my mother knew it and so did I. But there was nothing I could do about it! He hit Meg a lot, and she took her anger out on me. When our mother, and my father died we were both in college at the time. Only she was in Texas, and I was here in Washington. That's where she met Harry, one day she called me to ask me to be in her wedding. I hadn't heard from her in years, but I wanted to see my sister. We kind of reconnected in a way. But every time something bad happens to her she blames me, because that's what she has always done."
"I'm sorry babe." Dax whispered as he pulled into the hospital parking lot.
"It's fine she may be my sister, but I don't need her. I just hate how her stupidity is coming between my nephew and I."
"All you need to think about is yourself and our baby right now."
"You're right."
Dax and Isabella walked into the hospital hand in hand. As they waited for the doctor to call them back Dax grew impatient. He wanted to know how the baby was right now.
When they finally spoke to a doctor he told them that Isabella and the baby were fine. The doctor told her to make sure she wasn't stressed, and to relax.
"If something had happened to either one of you I would've killed your sister." Dax coldly.
"Dax!" Isabella scolded.
"But thank God, you both are okay." Dax said as he kissed her forehead.
"You're weird."
Dax walked over to the car and opened the door for Isabella. Once she was in the car he reached over to buckle her seat belt.
"Dax, we've been over this, I can buckle my own seat belt."
"Relax." Dax told her as he kissed her stomach.
He hopped in the car and drove off.
"I can't wait until you get fat." Dax smiled.
"Um, yeah I can."
"Pregnancy is a beautiful thing sweetheart."
"Yeah say that when you have to carry a child for nine months."
"When we get home I need you to pack."
"Why?"
"We're going on a vacation." Dax replied enthusiastically.
"Why?"
"Because you need to relax."
"I can relax at home."
"I want you to get rest and relaxation without any distractions."
Before they could go home they had to pick Dylan up from Maria's house.
"Oh Isabella!" Maria said as she opened the door.
"Hi." Isabella smiled.
"You're pregnant!"
Isabella looked at Dax, she knew he had spilled the beans.
"Sorry." Dax mouthed.
Maria went upstairs to get Dylan. When Dylan made it down the stairs he ran to Isabella and Dax. He looked at them both because he didn't know who to hug first so they both hugged him at the same time.
