Basketball Game 'Panthers On 3! 1.. 2..3 PANTHERS!'

Vere's POV

I was freaking out that they were here! And I could tell Kate was too. We were missing open shots and easy lay ups. A girl from the other team got the ball but Cassie stole it back.

“KATE!” she yells passing it.

Katelynn ran and got the ball and got it taken away from her.

“TIME OUT!!!” Our couch yelled.

We went and got together.

“Katelynn?!?!?! Vere?!?! What's up!!!” He asked.

“I have no idea..” she said.

“Well relax for the next 30 second time out and get a bit of water.” he said.

I pulled Kate to the side.

“What if they notice us?!?! I asked.

All of a sudden nervousness hits me and I’m freaking out as I realize something. What if they called their phones and the ring tone went off..

“Katelynn wait?! Are the phones on silent?!?!?” I ask.

“Shit! No be right back!”

She ran over to her Nike bag and I saw the boys looking around, thankfully they weren't looking our way.

Lou's POV

“What about her?!?!? She looks suspicious!” I say pointing at a girl being point guard.

“Nah I doubt..” Harry said “I think her.. she seems too.. well stiff” he said pointing to Katelynn.

“Harry has a point..” Liam said.

We continued to watch the game and the girl we were watching out for kept messing up and she was getting scowled by her friend it seemed like. They took both of the girls out in the last 2 quarters and finally the Panthers team which apparently was the maroon, finally got in the lead again.

Niall's POV

As we were watching this certain girl, the girl yelling at her messing up looked familiar... But she was also messing up a lot too and they both kept screaming at each other. . The boys still kept arguing about who it could be.

“No I still say its her!” Harry said.

“No her!” Lou said.

“Her!”

“Noooo HER!!”

Liam slapped them both and yelled at them to be quiet. I was hungry..

“Liam be right back! I'm hungry!” I yell while getting up.

Vere's POV

“I still say its stupid being put out both last quarters!” I say to Kate as we walk to the concession stand.

“Yah well food will cheer us up!!” she says “And I bet the boys still haven't figured out its us!”

We continue to walk when I see a familiar figure go up to the concession stand. Niall Horan!

“Kate watch this!” I say walking up to him.

He was “under disguise” with a hat, jacket, and sunglasses. That doesn't help to much though.. I run up to him and take off his glasses and hat.

“OH MY GOSH LOOK EVERYONE!! ITS NIALL HORAN FROM ONE DIRECTION!!” I scream.

About 20 girls came up running to him. I see Kate laughing her butt off. Well my work here was done. I turn one more time to see Niall signing autographs. He stopped and gave me the evil eye. We go to the concession stand and get some hot dogs.

The game was over and we won 30-24. To celebrate we got Dairy Queen, the coaches treat. Well I guess the boys' phones would have to wait.

Kate's POV

We follow Cassie's car to DQ. The boys will have to wait because we just abandon ice cream! Vere, being the chocaholic she is, got the triple chocolate ice cream. I get the cookie dough thingy We talk while eating our ice creams.

“So Vere? Kate? What was wrong up there?” the couch asks us. I look at Vere.

“Well er...”Vere says.”People were watching...”

“Oh em gee Vere! Remember 7th grade science with Mr. Allison??” Jenna says. “One Direction?!?!? All our convos about them??” She says laughing.

“Yes..” Vere says.

“Well is saw them in the bleachers!” Jenna says.

Vere and I both nod our heads.

“OOOOH THEY WERE WATCHING!!” Jenna says.

We laugh at how long it took her to realize it. I get a Twitter alert.

She nods her head and we get into her car. As we exit Lincoln I notice a car following us. The boys. Perfect.

“Vere I told the boys to follow a green mustang... since we know Norfolk more, we shall lose them!”

“KK!!!!” she answers happily

Vere's POV

We're finally passing Ta Ha Zouka Park and the boys are still right behind us. Now here's the fun! I started speeding up, I have a freaking car that go 200 mph! Who gives a damn! I mean YOLO!! The boys sped up too. We took them to Wally World (Wal-mart) and we took them to the Hospital. I notice the boys go to the lane by us and speed up. We reach a stoplight so I signal my light to turn to the right while the boys had to go straight since they were in the middle lane. I put my sunglasses and lower the window.

“HAYY BOYS!!” I say.

“Give us our phones!” Liam says.

The light turns green.

“Well get us! So long!!” I say as we turn right and they head straight.

We speed up and take a random street so they wouldn't see us. I see First St. so I speed up to it to cross it. As we cross I see the boys passing us and going the opposite way. I honk at them as we enter Pasewalk St. We continue straight and then turn left into my street. I open my garage and put my car in. We're safe.
