Loving you was a sudden storm
It came so quickly,
I never saw where or when it came
But love it was,
And love I did,
The sun came out
But our love was never put out.
It had to leave,
For storms destroy and
To save me
That storm went.
I loved him and he loved me.
I always did and always will.
I woke one day,
Weather cold.
A storm passed through.
My heart cold,
I stood frozen.
A tear I let loose,
I let them run.
For I knew
That the storm I loved so much,
Was gone.
No need to be told
For the weather changed.
I cried.
My heart ripped out.
We both loved each other,
We always will.
Till my dying breath and
He till his last breath.
