Elizabeth's POV

Last night, Cam asked me if I would go to Magcon with him in Atlanta, and of course, I want to go, but my mom is the one to say whether I go or not. I just think it's so stupid that she can overrule everything..I'm 17 years old, and I think I can take care of myself. My rant in my mind was suddenly stopped because of a text from Cam.

Hey, you wanna ask now? I can come over.

I quickly text back saying yes, and got dressed. Cam showed up quickly, and my mom called me down. "Liz! Cameron is here for you." She called. I ran downstairs and ran to the kitchen counter. "Actually, we're here to ask you something." I said smirking at Cam. "Oh goodness..what is it?" She asked nervously. "Well, I'm kind of 'famous' I guess is what you can call it on this app called Vine. You post these 6 second videos of basically anything, and me and these 11 other people have been touring around the US recently meeting fans." Cam started explaining to my mom. "Oh okay. That's awesome, Cam. Now what is the question?" My mom interrupted. "I got called to go to the event in Atlanta, and I wanted to bring Liz along. I was just wondering if you were alright with that.." Cam said laughing slightly. My mom sighed then said, "I guess...I mean you guys are seniors graduating, so she'll be leaving me for college soon anyway...so yes, Liz can go." I screeched quietly and hugged Cam tightly. "THANK YOU MOM!!" I said switching my hug to her. "Alright sweetie, alright." She said laughing. I couldn't believe she said yes to me going across the country with my boyfriend for a whole week!

With that, Cam and I went out to celebrate at the park nearby. We sat on the swings and laughed about how nervous we were. "I honestly thought she was gunna say no!" Cam said laughing. "Oh my god, I was watching her and waiting for her to just say no." I said laughing. "You know Liz, I have never been so happy with life. I always had trouble finding real friends, but since you've moved here, it's been so easy to open up to you. The best thing is, you're not only my friend. You're my girlfriend, and I'll never give that up." I slowly got off the swing and walked over to Cam. I sat on his lap and said, "And I've never felt so secure and loved by a guy." Then I kissed him, and waited for the tear to fall down my cheek. I can't wait for Friday morning to go to Atlanta with him.
