Chapter 2

(Rebecca's POV)

I sit in the library and mope about he fight between Julie and I. She doesn't want to help me. I thought she was my best friend. She is just like everyone else. I whimper to myself. No one gets me....I can't deal with all of this. Parents who hate me, a boyfriend who beats and blackmails me. He probably has the cops after me already. I start to cry. And I'm three months pregnant! If I keep it I'm going to have a baby! I was going to tell Julie today but she proved that she doesn't care. I can't do this anymore! I don't know what to do anymore.

(Back To Julie's POV)

By the end of the day I had cooled down and went looking for Rebecca. Man, That was the worst fight we have ever had. I just want to go back to normal. Yea....I'll apologize. As I resolve this I glance into the room next to me to see Rebecca about to jump out the window.

"REBECCA NO!!!" I scream running into the room. I attempt to grab her off the window sill but she pushes me away.

"I can't deal with it all of this! If you're not going to help me, then I might as well be gone!" She spits into my face as she turns back to face the open window.

"No stop!!" I plead, "I will! Just get down!"

"No one understands! So all I have to do to be free is to die! Don't you get it! I don't have a choice! I can't deal with all my problems and you won't help me!!!" She screams. I hear somebody gasp at the door but I don't turn to look.

I grab at Rebecca again but this time she just pushes me farther away, causing me to tumble on the desk behind me. I land with a huge crash that must of been heard all over the floor.

Ms. Carnose runs in and helps me up before she sees Rebecca. When she does, she gasps.

Rather calmly Rebecca says, "It's too late. Bye Julie." and she jumps.

"NO!!!!!! REBECA!!!!!!" I scream, violently ripping myself out of Ms. Carnose's arms and running to the window. I look out, seeing her body already surrounded by people. Tears are streaming down my face but I try to wipe them away so I can see where she landed. Then I hear someone Yell "She's still conscious!"

I immediately turn and push past Ms. Carnose and Olivia at the doorway. They call after me but I run as fast as I can down the steps. I run out the building and push past the people standing on the sidewalk. I stop to see Rebecca's mangled body in the sidewalk.
